    Take their vehicles to a mechanic before you buy. Check to ensure all electronics (Navi,Bluetooth) they advertise with the Luxury Cars they sell are working. Don't let them tell ya they've got another buyer on the line. And lastly, don't expect a call back on any major repairs found 4 days after you buy it. Make their finance guy puts everything in writing he says about their being "nothing wrong with the car" and if there is they would take care of it" beware

    I would like to tell you WHAT REALLY happened when he called in to complain that he couldn't sync his phone to his blue tooth. We, both Michael and the Sales person, tried to walk him thru it, he was upset and wouldn't have anything to do with it. The next day he called and said ( or screamed) this needs a $2000 part to make the blue tooth work. We addressed that this was very hard to believe, bring the car back to us and let us look at the issue. Again, he would have nothing to do with that. Buy why? If your issue can be fixed at our lot for 100.00 or 200.00 ( at our expense) why not bring it in? And to address the other issues, ALL cars are free to take for inspection, we encourage it. Second, all things are always put in written. Sorry you had a bad experience with the buying process. But you have to give the dealer a chance to help you prior to getting mad.

    My family has been buying cars from Sebastian for years. He is always very fair about my trade in and business has always been very smooth. Michael & Lamont have always been able to beat my credit union and we have always been pleased with their service. I write this review because we have yet to ever write a review and they deserve this recognition. This 09 c300 makes 6 CARS my family has bought!

    I apologize that the vehicle that you wanted to test drive was not ready to be sold. Sometimes we get cars in, trade and purchase, and they need more items then were expected. So rather then sell a vehicle with issues we choose not to sell this vehicle. I also noticed when I went over the notes on your communication, that my salesperson did speak with you on 5 separate occasions. You are located over 1000 miles from our dealership and my salesperson DID NOT want you to make a trip over a car that was not ready to be sold. The car has BEEN WHOLESALED and is gone. Sorry for the miscommunication Michael

If I remember the issue you had was, you wanted an EXACT number for your trade in, Lamont informed you that he would need to see the car to give you and exact dollar amount. I apologize that you didn't agree with the way appraisals are completed. If you still have an interest in the Lexus, let me know. Its still here and I will still appraise your Lexus you have as well.     Chris was forthcoming about already having plans to fix a seat in a car we were interested in buying. We purchased the car and he was helpful in getting that repair arranged and also agreed to pay to fix another interior issue. He also helped us get a great deal on tires. He was always easy to reach with any concerns or questions we had.

    Mr Kim purchased a very nice vehicle from our dealership, he had an issue with a tail light bulb going out. We immediately replaced it for him, free of charge. He also ask us about buying other items, we indicated we would help him get anything he wanted, at our cost. I personally have spoken to him 2 time since he bought the car, 17 days ago. He's main concern when he called me was the car had a carfax accident, and he didn't know this prior to the sale. At anytime you can ask to see the car fax, we supply them free of charge.

    First of all, after 3 weeks of shopping, I was unaware and shocked how a large number of the used car sales mens i dealt with seemed to know little about cars and even the ones they're trying to sell. The "on the spot go with the flow" lies followed by lies, or that's how it seemed, made me feel uneasy. My salesmen, Logon, was extremely knowledgible and seemed to be a down to earth honest guy. The comfort and confidence his persona gave me was much appreciated and provided a solid buying experience. Only mistake I made was rushing things and in result not noticing A LOT of exterior damage I originally over looked. I learned I will never buy a used car again without seeing it clean and on a sunny day.
