    I took my pickup in as it was experiencing something abnormal. After identifying the problem, I found that it was a pretty expensive repair. As my vehicle had just passed its warranty expiration date and mileage, I was a bit upset. The service manager contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I was able to have the problem repaired at a very reasonable cost! Thanks, Bob!. This kind of service really promotes customer loyalty.

    I am very particular about which dealers and sales personnel I deal with when shopping for a different vehicle. I enjoyed shopping at Webber Ford in Detroit Lakes, MN. I had found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership. Sara, the Internet Sales Manager, sent a response to my inquiry and pictures of the vehicle I had selected. We had a few more conversations via email or phone and Sara was prompt and accurate in her responses. We set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle and Sara arranged for Richard to help us and handle our question about the vehicle. He was friendly and not "hard sell" in his approach and took good care of us. We had been shopping for a vehicle for approximately 6 months and Webber Ford seemed to competitive and fair in their pricing and very up front about the vehicle we were interested in. I would recommend Webber Ford to anyone desiring a good seller-buyer experience.

    Went in for an oil change and check the brakes. Long story short, the van was using 3 out of 4 brakes. They had a hard time finding parts and it all took longer to fix than expected. They couldn't fix it that day so I had to find a ride home. The following day they sent a courtesy van out to pick me up (their policy is 15 miles one way, I live 48 miles one way) at no extra cost to me!! THAT is customer service!
