I recently purchased a Mazda C-X5 and had a great car buying experience. I found one I liked on cars.com, requested a test drive and when I got there they... had a sign with my name on it. I wasn't 100% expecting to buy a car that day, but they worked with us and gave us a great price. I would definitely recommend Premier Mazda to a friend.

Was in contact with their salesperson, Eric, about a used Mazda 3. For the beginning he was super helpful and quick to respond to my texts, which he initiated.... I was buying from out of town, so planning on taking a train into town to come make the purchase. I was really excited about the purchase and Eric was selling Premier and the car really well. Per the system, I had to submit my credit application then the banks would get back to us. This is when the process went awry. Submitted the application at around 3pm, and I was told I would be contacted by the bank rep or salesperson within an hour or so, definitely before closing. I didn’t hear back, and by noon the next day hadn’t heard. At this point I’m less than 24 hours from taking 2 days off work and getting on a train. I texted Eric at noon, saying I hadn’t heard anything and if there was anything I needed to do to help the process, to which he said I should be hearing from the bank soon. 3 hours later still no word, so I let him know I hadn’t heard anything still, and at this point I haven’t heard anything else from them. I texted at 4pm, saying that I understand if they sold the car or were looking to give it to someone else, I would just appreciate a note letting me know they had decided not to look to me for the deal, at the very least so I can cancel my train ticket and call back to work. No response again. I called at 5:20, 5 hours after my last communication with them, and was connected to Eric’s desk, where he picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Not a good place to look to if you want some decency and respect from your salespeople.
I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me... around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. Not a horrible experiencegetafterit463 but I didn’t feel like they wanted my business either.

We HIGHLY recommend this Mazda dealership. We own several Mazda's and we love getting all of our sales and service needs taken care of by Premier Mazda... of KC. We have known their staff and management for many years now, and they deliver on all promises, they treat you like their #1 customer, and they do so without any of the typical dealer hassles - its a joy buying vehicles there and getting them serviced there as well. I can personally vouch for how professional and easy-going they are, in all aspects of the business! We always get the best deal and the best treatment there. Don't go anywhere else!!

From the first time I stopped by to just ask about having my vehicle serviced the Lisa was wonderful! She was very professional and friendly.
