Great experience, great people, fast service. Came in knowing what I wanted and Maxwell Overby was terrific. He answered all of our questions and concerns.... He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into something we didn't want. The general sales manager, John Melber, was also a pleasure to work with. After spending many hours at dealerships in my area (N. E. PA.) I started looking on line and again spending a lot of time. I came across Lindsay web site.... After finding a vehicle (a Ram 1500 Laramie) I was interested in i filled out the information needed. The next day i got a call from internet sales manager Bahram Shakeri. He was very professional and informative. After thinking about it for a few day I decided to stop buy their dealership on my way home from Roanoke VA. (a 3/12 hour detour) to look at the truck and to make a long story short I purchased the truck and around 6 Hours later i was driving my new Ram home (a 4/12 drive) I can't say enough about everyone I had contact with. Bahram even helped me transfer all my tools and cross box in his suit and all the rest of the things i had in the cab which I appreciated. My wife is now thinking of buying a new vehicle and even though Lindsay is well out of our way we will definitely give Bahram a call to see if he can help us.

Jimmy Byrd and the rest of the staff was very helpful. I live in another county and Jimmy made sure he stayed in contact with me until I could make the... trip there. The vehicle was ready for a test drive when I got there. Even though this truck wasn’t the make and model he is use to if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out and got back to me. I would definitely recommend and use them again when I plan to purchase another vehicle. Service was quick and I was on the road with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours.

I had read some pretty decent reviews on this dealership and their prices seemed almost too good to be true (more on that in a minute)., I called on a... Monday and told them I was interested in leasing 2 vehicles. I asked the salesman if he could at least make sure the payments would be what I had computed based on the selling price and that there were no surprises. He was very evasive about providing any answers. Other dealers had informed me this dealership was scamming potential customers. It turns out they were correct. They advertise a price as MSRP (which is the window sticker price and INCLUDES freight. Then they show a considerable discount. The scam is that the add that 1445.00 fright BACK ONTO the bottom line as well as a $699 “processing’ fee (profit) and a $271 ‘tag” fee (tags are $40 here). So basically they claim a discount of say $3000 and once they add back the freight they already showed as part of the MSRP and these fees you end up with a $500-600 discount instead of a $3000 one they claim to be giving off the price. After my reviews are posted I will be forwarded it the screenshots of this to the. VA Attorney General’s office and the FTC for review of this misleading business practice. Shame on this company continuing to help perpetuate the stereotype that car dealers are crooks. Sadly, this outfit is full of them
Hello, we are disappointed to see that you feel this way. We would like to address some of your concerns. The $271 tag fee is charged when a purchase ...is from out of state. Once tags are complete the difference is refunded to you. Our pricing is totally compliant with FTC regulations and our disclaimer clearly states that freight and processing fee is not included which is common among local dealers. I would like to say that I am very pleased with Lindsay Chrysler of Manassas and for having such a tremendous sales lady such as Theresa. She has helped... me twice on the purchase of my vehicles and has been very helpful, patience and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a brand new car and or use pls ask for Theresa in sales. I would 100% recommend.

Let the buyer beware! Do not go here unless you like high pressure and playing games. Our initial contact was with a salesman named Dominic (?). He was... honest and very helpful. Then, despite the fact that we were doing research and not planning to buy until we knew more about several things, he turned us over to the sales manager, Sal (?). He was only interested in making a sale right away. He ignored what we were saying and kept giving reason after reason about why we needed to buy a car right away. We left by thanking them and letting them know that we would get back to them when our future was clearer. They responded by blitzing us with at least one call and one email a day until we made it clear that we were not going to buy a car. I contacted the dealer recently to ask a question about differences in trim. I made it clear that I didn't want pressure to buy at this time. They responded by starting the blitzkrieg again. I have blocked phone numbers and email addresses. They just use different phones to keep pestering us. Do not step foot in this dealership unless you plan 100% to buy a car from them or you are lonely and want the attention of multiple daily contacts. Do not call them unless you use a disposable phone and assume a different identity. You may still have to relocate your family to avoid the constant barrage.
