Shady way to make money

Poor sales tactics. False promises for trade values. Online discounts that most won’t qualify for, just used to get you in the door. HIDDEN FEES that other dealers don’t have. Do your research, shop and compare before buying from Lindsey!

Stay Away

After coordinating with Samantha Lezameta (Salesperson), I drove over an hour with family in tow (wife and 6 yrs. old twins). After a prior visit to the dealership and several telephone and email communications, Ms. Lezameta asked me to stop by the dealership on 4/11/21. She added that her and the manager will have the car that I was looking for available. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that Ms. Lezameta wasn't working today (4/11/21). Moreover, the manager didn't have a clue as to what vehicle(s) Ms. Lezameta was making reference to. Another salesperson tried to reached her over the phone without success. A total lack of consideration for one's time! You may want to see BBB page before contacting this dealership. Stay away!!

Internet price is a sham

$7000 of surcharges on a $31k vehicle. Very deceptive. $38k out the door price on a vehicle listed at $31k. They won't tell you this. They say you must come down to discuss money and "I will talk to manager". You decide.

Oil change service

This morning after 10 minutes waiting at the line for service no body show, I’m goin inside to ask to the some guy, what going’s know, he look like missing in acción, around five guys sitting there for nothing , when a bought this truck for full service , they try to give the stars on your hands, money on the pocket they don’t care ..! Careful news customers .. 2014 Dodge Ram

Brandon was awesome

The service was excellent and Jakob was very helpful to us, he took care of the smallest detail of our needs and thanks to that we were able to find the vehicle we were looking for. I recommend Lindsay Chrysler, but especially the customer support from Jakob.

New Car Buying Experience

Luke Hull was our sales associate. He was knowledgeable and patient as our expectations changed. Luke walked us through the price in a way that didn’t make us feel silly for not understanding the many items we didn’t expect. I would absolutely recommend Luke to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Awful customer service

I had THE WORST customer service from this place. I got quoted an out the door price then agreed to take the deal. I am out of state so I have to call and I was getting no answers or emails back after telling them I would buy it. I called everyday for them to push my call around to different departments all to be finally forwarded to the front desk to leave my number to receive a call back(which I never got each time). This was for 4 days they wasted my time. Finally I got ahold of them for them to tell me they’ve been pushing me off because “they don’t want to lose money on your deal”. I’m writing this the next day from when I received this news and I’m looking on the website and the car I told them I would buy is now sold. I verbally committed 5 days ago and now they sold the car. They also tried to tell me about rebates expiring randomly in the middle of the month to try to tack an extra 2 grand on my out the door price. Don’t waste your time, plenty of other dealerships in the area.
