Used car salesman technique to have you come in

They didn't honor an advertisement of $279/MONTH FOR 39 MONTHS $3,278 on a Giulia, the sales person baits you in with the excuse that managers are being very aggressive.

Excellent service

Above and beyond service. Had a small issue last time.Excellent staff. Luv my Alfa. Picked my car up from my office and returned after the work was completed. Would definitely buy another car from Weston Alfa

Alfa no good to lease

4 times same problem with my car. Problem never got fixed - do your research before you get a Alfa - very nice looking car lots of problems- service never answers the phone at Rick case

Excellent customer service dept

Alex and Jorge are very good ..... Alex helped me this time an was very professional... I can always call an Jorge let’s me stop by for a quick tire pressure look or anything I need if a light comes on ..... Excellent Service Advisors

Rick Case Alfa Romeo

I will recommend them to friends even though they are so far away from Coral Gables. The sales staff is professional and friendly. If you are in the market for an Alfa, go see Ethan Diaz!

Amazing Experience!

I was looking around for several different brands of cars and stopped by Rick Case Maserati. Bobby Brar, the product specialist worked with with throughout the leasing experience. He was very thorough, patient, respectful and very approachable and answered all my questions. He gave us a demo car to test drive. I consider him to be the ultimate professional and one that you ought to trust if you’re considering a car. In fact, I have already referred a friend to him in a matter of hours and my friend already called after my sterling referral! Also, both Chris (GM) and Sergio (Finance Mgr) are very friendly and helpful. Go to Bobby! Otherwise, you’re missing out on the ultimate car buying/leasing experience! You will not regret it!

Rick Case Alfa Romeo- Giulia

The staff is very accommodating- making sure that you are comfortable, and all your needs are met. They give extra incentives and rewards for LOYALTY. .repeat customers that return back for another car. Alfa Romeo cars evoke a strong emotional connection from their owners. The AR Giulia name is in itself human-like, like none other.

Easy lease experience

Karl Dellet was fantastic. Always with a smile on his face he was easy to work with, delivered my car on time and everything went smoothly. It was the smoothest car transaction ever. I am so excited for my new Alfa Romeo.
