This location for buying a car was un-beatable! All employees were super nice and straight shooters. The process was pain less and Skip Eagle was amaz...ing and extremely friendly. This location knows what customer service means! Great group of people and i would drive the 2 hours again to buy another car from this dealership and from Skip! Amazing service guys! Today I purchased a car from "Skip" at Freysingers and left there exceptionally pleased with my experience I had while being there. Since first going... in there 2 weeks ago I was treated with the utmost respect. Out of all the dealerships I went to Skip was the only one to follow-up with me if only to tell me that he still hadn't found what I was looking for but wanted to assure me that he was still looking. Skip is a very warm and friendly person. He made me feel right at home. He was very knowlegeable and took the time to give me all the information I needed to enable me to make the best decision I could by choosing a Mazda 3 which was based on my preferences and what would best fit within my budget needs. He never once tried to put me in a car by using pressure tactics which I have experienced with other salesmen in the past. I was also pleased with the service I received from Rich throughout the financial process. I had purchased a vehicle there many years ago and had a few issues months after my purchase. I can remember that your customer service was excellent. They addressed the issues and corrected them even though the warranty expired shortly before the problems occurred. Good customer service is as important as the purchase itself if not more. I will definately be coming back to see Skip for any future car purchases and will be referring you to everyone I know.

Skip was extremely helpful and made the buying experience great. He explained everything I needed to know about the car very clearly and really taught... me a lot of my new car. When it came to the paper work, it could not have been any easier with the help from Rich Connolly. All in all, a wonderful car buying experience and I would recommend Freysinger Mazda to everyone.

angie miller , the service mgr @ freysinger hyundai went above and beyond her job today, i was going to leave my car there today for inspection and oi...l change, but my ride got caught in traffic and she was able to put my car on the wait list at the last minute and i was out of there in a timely manner. the service tech also should be commended for the way he handled a last minute rush job.angie is a pleasure to work with and does a great job.
