My fiance went here to see about another vehicle. We wanted to trade in her old car and they gave us the amount on kelly blue book however there was a... car she really wanted so they really looked at the car and gave her even more for her trade in. Then she decided she really didnt want that one because they were going to add a sun roof which was stupid so they found another vehicle at another prime and they would have it sent there. Well when the paperwork came out they gave her the low ball from kelly blue book not the more trade vaule! beware! we will never come back here and make sure everyone we have referred here as well do not come back! Also the gentleman she was going with never got back to her after she was diagnosed with cancer and told him she couldnt afford the monthly payments and asked if we could get the higher value for her car! he said he would get back to her never did!!!

All around terrible first time car buying experience. From sales to service the ball was consistently dropped. Lack of communication and terrible customer... service. !!$$SHOP ELSEWHERE!!$$

I had a great experience with prime. I bought my first car ever, being 26, I don't exactly have the A+ credit some have. Nick, one of the finance managers,... was extremely helpful. I was fumbling between a dealership filling me with false promises, and was very happy with how realistic and honest prime was. And I got a REALLY awesome car!!

I had a great experience with Ben Sartee at Prime Toyota. He was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. He even helped distract and keep... my 3 year old happy while we were at the dealership, playing peekaboo at his desk and giving him treats to keep him entertained!
I just leased a 2018 rav 4 with Deb one of the sales rep at this location & i have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. They were all so... friendly and helpful without feeling the pressure of being at a car dealership. I will forever be buying my cars from here!
This dealership is the absolute best! I have NEVER dealt with a dealership thats so friendly and non pushy. My sales peraon was fanrastic and helped me... find the perfect fir for me. I will go back hands down.
Buying a car is never a simple process but Ben made it pretty simple. He was easy to work with and is very hard working.
1. The door was locked when I tried to enter the service area, yet I could see the white door that leads to the employee area slightly ajar (we arrived... at 12:27pm on Sunday, and I was told by technician Jeff Phan they opened at 12:00 until 5pm) anden we walked to the main showroom, a gentleman approached us, told us he would show us to the service area, then opened the door, and pointed over to where we had already been, and said it shouldn't be locked. To be fair, I think we all agree the door the shouldn't be locked. 2. When the employee finally opened the door, she said "the door's hard to open", yet didn't apologize for the inconvenience of having a customer have to ask a different department to open the door. Guess it was hard to open for 27 minutes before I arrived as well. 3. Then, after I had spoken to Jeff previously about my name being spelled incorrectly, which he said would be no problem to fix, the paperwork presented STILL had my name wrong (keep in mind, all my legal documents say Benjamin, not "Benjamine") itook the cashier 8 minutes to figure out how to change the spelling of my name, then I had to spell it out 5 different times. My name is Benjamin, spelled as it is in the Bible, which I only bring up because the CASHIER, after printing out her computer screen to PROVE she had made the change,when I already told her I believed her MULTIPLE times and to forget the name change, that we just wanted to pay and leave, proceeds to tell me about her daughters names being spelled like they are in the Bible, because telling me all about your personal religious reviews after you've wasted my time is definitely what I want to hear next. 3. I will never go to your dealership again, but I want to be clear: Jeff Phan did a great job and I would recommend him personally. Thanks
