    My husband and I are down to one car and we found a used car that would fit our needs perfectly...At a Toyota in Boston. They delivered the car to Prime in Lancaster. My husband test drove it while I was at work on Friday and we went back to complete paperwork Saturday. Kristen was great, she let us test drive the car alone so we could talk things over and she helped us complete our paperwork quickly. We waited about 40 minutes to complete financing paperwork and then Sean told us that our car would be registered and ready to drive by Monday, or "Wednesday at the absolute latest." It is now Thursday. Because we are newly married, my husband's name is not on any of our bills. We were still told to use our current address, but then there was a problem with the paperwork. Sean also told us a package label with his name and address would be fine. Paperwork still held up on Tuesday. Through text, Sean even suggested that I make up a pretend lease with my husband's name on it in order to fix the paperwork. I repeatedly asked what our other options were, which was never answered. Both phone numbers we were given just keep ringing. It is now Thursday, we have a signed contract, and the dealership is now dodging our calls.

    I went to Prime just to test drive a used vehicle I saw on the lot. I really liked the car and my sales person, Ken Te, made the buying process/decision so easy I wound up buying it right then and there. The was no "high pressure" like many other dealerships. I was offered fair value for my trade in and they actually found me a better interest rate for the loan than I had been pre-approved for with my bank. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there when I need another vehicle.

    My wife and I were shopping for an Avalon and we had a specific interior color and trim level in mind. Prime Toyota has an excellent web page, and it shows that it has much better inventory than the Toyota dealer next to my home (54 vs 7 Avalons, to be precise), thanks to its size. It has 5 Toyota dealerships in MA. We went there on a Saturday, and were greeted by Rafael Rohden, a very friendly sales person. Rafael was a good listener; he tried to understand our needs and didn't rush to sell us something. We like honest and trustworthy salesman, hard to find these days. We felt very comfortable during the buying process and were not pushed to buy anything we didn't want. The car was prepared with license plates and was sparkling clean when we picked up the car a few days later.

    Time is precious, and my wife and I have little of it so we spent a lot of time looking for what we wanted and communicated that to the people there. We carved time out of our schedule and had all the kids settled doing something entertaining while we went there. When we got there, the vehicles we told them we were interested in were not there. Day shot. Made arrangements to get the vehicles we were interested in there and on another day (3 days later). Carved out some more time and got about 3 calls verifying that we were coming in. My wife had the great idea to call back and make sure those vehicles were there and were told by the sales manager that they were unable to do so. When I told him that it would have been better to communicate that to me prior to me going there (had I not called, they wouldn't have told me). He said he tried to call me the day prior and had it logged several times. Ummmmm... the only number they have is my cell which is with me all the time and they did reach all the other times to confirm me coming in. Total incompetent communication from beginning to end by the sales staff who just want you in the door. They wasted A LOT of my time. Starting over from scratch looking again. I know another dealership won't have these kinds of problems.

    My sales representative Rafael Rohden was very good to work with. The purchase and trade-in process went very smoothly. There was little hiccup with the car being Toyota Certified, but Rafael was able to work that out. 5 Stars!

    My sales person Rodrigo was fantastic. Even though it took a while for my insurance to do their part he was great and patient. There was no pressure and I controlled the pace of how things went. He was informed and on top of all of my questions. Getting answers from the other sections when needed in a timely manner. I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was great.

    I bought a Scion FR-S in Weymouth Massachusetts and a few lights immediately came on. My regular mechanic is not open on the weekends and I work during the week and was in a slight panic because I'm very loyal to my regular mechanic. I drove by Prime Toyota Route 2 and realized it was probably the best place locally for me. So I went online and made an appointment. It took probably a minute to make the appointment and tell them what was going on with my vehicle. It has really great Saturday hours in my opinion. When I first pulled into the service department everyone was very nice and friendly and explained any question I had. I was quoted $103 and my issues were the check engine light and the tire pressure light. I waited probably an hour and a half. The waiting room is definitely more comfortable than any other car dealership I have been to. Someone came to get me and told me they were only charging me $54 which I appreciate. I appreciate the honesty of them doing that more than the savings because I was so pleased with the service I would have spent the $103 without thinking of it. They told me all my tire pressure sensors are broken. They gave me a great understanding of what was wrong. They told me that because of the duration I've had the car that I should go back to my dealership because I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't do. Again I appreciated the honesty and they were not pushy about scheduling to fix it. However, I got a quote from a couple different mechanics and it was significantly less for the same service. I was quoted over $1000 and gave the quote to every shop I went to so they could match it and I'm getting it fixed for around $400. I 100% recommend checking them out however, get quotes from other places before scheduling anything--but you should do that anyway regardless of where you go. For regular maintenance though I will definitely be back here, they have good costumer service and were very patient. I know nothing about cars and am usually very confused when I go to service stations and I did not experience any of that here. I have already recommended this place to many people. They did not actually repair my vehicle, they diagnosed the issues for me, but I would not hesitate in the slightest to bring my car here if the price is right. I would even spend a little more money simply because they have weekend hours which is very convenient when you have a full work week.

    Prime Toyota Rte2 is the absolute best!!!! I live in Worcester, MA yet still travel to Prime because of how good they are. I just had them install a Supercharger in my 2014 Tacoma and couldn’t be more pleased. I was going to do it myself but they took such good care of me I couldn’t refuse to have them do it. They took me right in. When you have something like a Supercharger waiting to be installed there is nothing worse than waiting to get it done. They took me in two days after I decided to have them do it. I also have investigated Supercharger install on the forums and some had nightmare stories. Most took 4 to 6 days to get done. Leaks after it was done and customer had for a few days. Charged double of what they should of paid, etc., etc. NONE of that happened with Prime Toyota. My engine bay was spotless. You couldn’t even tell they did anything to it. Done in a day and a half and absolutely perfect. Not one leak. Not one missing bolt. Not one broken clip or mickey mouse brackets or anything. I have never got a job done as good as they have in my life. I’ve had worse experiences bringing it in for checkups. Floors all dirty and kick panels all scuffed up. But not here. This place is top notch!!!! The people are great also. The service writer was kind and attentive. Of course I wanted to boast about my Supercharger and he listened and talked to me about it. Not just get the normal blow off like they could care less. And when it was done and I picked up we talked more about it. He made recommendations and praised what I did and loved my truck. Nothing better than hearing someone else like what you had done. I needed a rental car to use during the install and their rental divisions was painless and cheap. I couldn’t of had a better dealer experience if I tried. Trust me when I tell you that you want to have your Toyota serviced at Prime Toyota. I never write reviews and never have good experience(to want to write a review). But I have to tell you all about this place. It’s one in a million. There isn’t one bad thing I can say about them. From pulling up to pulling out was nothing but pure pleasure !!!!!!!! P.S. I e-mailed five or six dealers in my area about the install. Prime was the ONLY one that got back to me. I called a few that I e-mailed to give them the benefit of doubt, but they all were either way too much money or couldn’t take me in for weeks. Or both.

    I recently purchased a new Rav4 from Prime Toyota Route 2. Purchasing a car is not my favorite activity but Prime made the experience a real pleasure. My salesperson, Rafael Rohden, was very professional and helpful in every way. He spent a considerable amount of time going through all of my requirements and upon completion drove up in the exact car for my test drive. As Toyota was offering a special deal, I went through the financing special and were treated in a most professional manner. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous as has always been my experience with Prime in the past. I see no reason to purchase a car elsewhere.
