I was recently involved in a car accident and my 2002 Dodge Neon SE was totaled. The other driver was at fault, so her insurance company paid me for the... value of my Neon. The day I found out how much the insurance was paying me for my totaled Neon, my Fiance and our friend Jim, went up to Imperial Motors to look at a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT. There they met Paul, the finance manager. Who was extremely helpful. He was very honest and up front about everything. He didn't try to up sell us or pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. He answered every question my Fiance' had about the car and even showed him the Carfax report on it. My Fiance ended up really liking the 2005 Neon that he looked at, but he wanted to have another friend, who is very familiar with Dodge cars come to the lot that weekend to look over the Neon and make sure it didn't have anything wrong with it. Paul was totally fine with that and said he would hold the car til that following Monday, so that our friend could come check it out with us. That Saturday, after our friend had determined there was nothing wrong with the car, aside from needing a new set of tires and a frontal alignment;which Paul had already told my Fiance would be taken care of if we decided to purchase the car; we decided to purchase the Neon. I love my new Neon very much. Its a beautiful car and we got it for a great deal. And Paul has been so amazing and wonderful through this whole process. He even calls and texts my Fiance every once in a while to make sure the car is doing well for us and we are still happy with it. Also, our friend Jim has been wanting a Hyundai Veloster for a very very long time, and a few days ago, Paul called my Fiance' to get Jim's number, so he could call him about it. All because he remembered that Jim had mentioned he really wanted to get a Veloster the day he went with my Fiance to look at the Neon, and he had just gotten one in that morning. Long story short, Jim ended up trading in his car for the Veloster, got an amazing deal from Paul, and is elated that he finally has the car he's wanted for a long time, its fully loaded and didn't cost him a fortune. Because Paul has been so amazing, honest and up front about everything when we were purchasing my Neon and Jim was purchasing his Veloster, we have recommended Paul and Imperial Motors to a bunch of our friends and family. My brother is actually having Paul keep an eye out for an SRT 4 Neon, since we told him how helpful and fantastic Paul is. We will definitely continue doing business with Paul. He said that he wants to be our "Car Guy". Well that is what he is now. Our Car Guy. And we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Paul for the outstanding customer service and everything you have done for us. You turned a stressful process into something extremely stress free and pleasant.
We just started a new business and had to find a van that met our requirements for business use. Paul was easy to work with and allowed us to take our... time with vehicle selection. He answered all of our questions and had a friendly, approachable manner. Once we selected what we wanted he let us reserve the van while we lined up a business loan to pay for it. There was a 3 to 4 day delay in obtaining the financing. We appreciated his patience, integrity and helpfulness during the process and would not hesitate to use this dealership and Paul's services again.
They did not push any vehicles on us while we were on the lot. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every single car in his lot and he had amazing customer... service. There was no nonsense and no jumping around, when i asked for his lowest number he gave it to me. Haggling was quick and simple and i got the car later that day. After i drove home, which i live in Ellensburg which is roughly an hour and a half to two hours away i locked my car and went to sleep. The next morning i couldn't get into my car. NOT THE FAULT OF THE DEALERSHIP. It just happened. That night Paul drove all the way over the mountains and helped me get back into my vehicle. I figured i would get a "well its not our problem" but instead he committed to the drive and came to help me out after he got off work. Since then i have always called with questions and concerns and even though i am not trying to buy anything he is very helpful and always treats me like a valued customer. Awesome guy, awesome company. I WILL buy my next vehicle from them later down the road.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Imperial Motors. Paul, the Sales Manager, was very informative but had a relaxed, no pressure style. He knew... the car inside and out and took the time to explain the features of the car and answer all of my questions. I got just the car I wanted for a great price.
