I bought a used BMW, and I was amazed by the hole buying experience. Kristin was very accommodating and she explained every step of the process. They even... came down with the price of the car to where I wanted it to be. Once we had a deal they took the car and got it detailed and filled it up with gas. What other dealership does that? It's the first one I have encountered to do that! Full tank of gas!!

My wife loves her MINI and I love the warranty. Three years bumper-to-bumper including wipers, fluids (including oil changes!), everything but tires. They... even wash and vacuum the car any time we want. The dealership building is nothing exciting, but they do have Wi-fi and free bottled water, coffee, or hot chocolate. I am considering a MINI Countryman All4 when my Jeep lease expires. The people are very friendly and welcoming and, unlike others I have dealt with, are honest about prices, charges, fees and costs.

We were very impressed with the people at Mini of Ann Arbor. Sue Wilk and CJ Johnson of the sales team were easy on the sales approach, but very enthusiastic... about the vehicles. They made the car buying process so easy and fun. Sue found the exact car we wanted at a nearby dealer and had it delivered in a day. We had a good time with John in Finance as well. Overall we would recommend this dealership as a great place to buy a car.

Worst customer service I've ever received from a car dealership. There have been numerous time when I didn't receive a call back from their service department... regarding the work needed to be done on my car. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

My wife and I strolled in an hour before closing and the sales person already had the car we wanted to see pulled up the front. The sales person and retail... manager were highly professional, very friendly, and low pressure. Then when we decided to buy less than 30 minutes before closing they gave every indication that they wanted to make the sale happen, even if it meant staying late. And while we were working with the retail manager, the sales person was out washing our vehicle by hand in the cold since everything else was closed! We got a great deal on the vehicle we purchased and service was not sacrificed one bit. I highly recommend Mini of Ann Arbor!
