    There are no coil springs available anywhere in the United States on a 2011 Optima. A new part is $108 but none are available. We were told we cannot drive the car. Answers to when we could get a coil is anywhere from three weeks to 4 to 6 months guess. They refuse to give us a loaner car. The quote was, "We are not in the car loan business." Our car has been in the shop for over a week and we still don't have it. A used part was found and the charge for that is three times as much as a new part with no warranty. It was supposed to be installed by Friday or Saturday. No one bothered to call to tell us that they got the wrong part in and I a new one was being looked for. Meanwhile we are without a car without a loaner and being forced to pay three times as much as a new part for a used part. It is hard to believe that there are no replacement parts for a 5 1/2-year-old car. The amount of time and frustration spent on this is unbelievable. It has certainly ruined my enjoyment of owning this car. The one bright spot is Randy in the service department.

    Jason met my wife and I at the door with a big welcoming smile and an offer of refreshments. He then asked how he could be of service. We explained we were interested in a new mid size SUV with all of the latest safety equipment. Jason gave us an excellent review of the Sorento which is the vehicle we purchased. Jason did a good job reviewing the cars features and helped us with some start up settings. We were pleased with Jason's extra efforts and the time he spent to assure a pleasant buying experience.
