Altoona Honda

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Knepper at Altoona Honda. What a great experience! He and Josiah provided outstanding service. Josiah took a considerable amount of time to show me the features of the vehicle and how to operate them. The attention to detail and service was excellent. I was provided with all of the details regarding the vehicle including service records (it had been bought and serviced there "Blair Honda"). There were a couple of things that I wanted repaired and/or touched up on the vehicle prior to the purchase. They were done in an exceptional manner. It is obvious that the goal at Altoona Honda is to provide the highest level of service throughout the car buying experience.

Not only that, but both of these gentleman had a great personality and were a true pleasure to work with. You won't have to deal with crumby car salesman mumbo jumbo - these guys seem to really care and show that through their great personalities. I can't experience how wonderful my experience was, and truly plan to be a lifetime consumer at Altoona Honda!

The new Altoona Honda dealership is absolutely worth adding to your car shopping list. My fiance & I recently bought a Subaru there & the staff was by far the most personable, professional, and willing to work with you of any dealership. They were very knowledgable, patient, & helpful; not pushy or overbearing at all. They truly want you to find the right car at the right price for you! Shout out to Jeff & Josiah! Thanks again guys

Some Members definitely friendly than the others, but overall, nice staff. Love my new car. They worked with me to lower my interest rate and paid more for my trade in car than other dealers.

After taking my sons CR-V in for a service call, we had some issues and had to return to the dealership. Jeff Knepper was more than attentive and courteous to our concerns and took his time to review some other issues with the vehicle. While he was looking over the vehicle, he took it for a drive down the road, on a nearly empty tank of gas. After satisfying our needs, my son and I left, each in our own vehicles. It only took my son minutes to call me to let me know that Mr. Knepper had filled his gas tank. While this may seem a small gesture, it was unexpected and very much appreciated by a 16 year old with a minimum wage job! He couldn't have been more excited. Thank you Jeff.

Service was done right and earlier than expected. Staff was really friendly.

We have been loyal to Blair Honda for decades and enjoyed the personal care, buying experience, and caring service. We bought our 2012 Honda from them. I was pleased to find quality service continues under the new name and ownership

I was really suprised when I drove by the lot and saw all the cars they had. The previous store there never had used cars and hardly had new ones. When I stopped, Dan came out to say hi and was really nice. They had a great deal on a almost new Honda and I ended up driving home in it. I love my new Civic and couldn't be any happier with my deal. Great bunch of guys and really nice, no pressure experience.
