Great service. Everyone is really nice
Everyone was so nice helpful and made the wait very comfortable. We need the pin stripe on the driver side fixed, the guy was at another location so he is going to come to our house to fix it. That is very impressive. Have been there twice before and have to say nicest dealership and waiting area I have every been too. They are outstanding.

After receiving a recall notice several months ago on my 2009 DTS I called a dealer in Carlisle (name withheld) I was told the parts to make the repair were not in. After waiting to here when they would have the parts available for approximately 2 months I decided to call Faulkner Caddiac and was told to bring it over, they had the parts. I am very pleased with the prompt and friendly service.

Every one of your employees that I came into contact with were friendly and courteous, from the porter to billing clerk. I appreciate to comfortable seating area, the coffee and the WiFi. The TV would be better if it was tuned to FoxNews Channel!

good shop
in for routine tire rotation/oil change - thought the air pressure would be adjusted and re-calibrated after rotation though when i checked it showed high pressure in front and low in rear. i would expect this if the tires were rotated but not adjusted - i completed the process without any trouble though i had to bleed the fronts and add to the rears
