    Took my vehicle for headlight replacement on Thursday 25th, told must have an appointment, made appointment for Monday 29th 7:30am. Called at 3:30 pm to... see if repairs were complete, no one knew anything about my vehicle. After 3 calls finally reached service advisor, told my key that I dropped off got stuck in drop off box and they hadn't started my vehicle repairs. No call to inform me that they couldn't find my key or a call of any kind. Do Not Go Here For Service!

    Could not do business with Stateline due to cost and I wasn’t their type of customer. The main appraiser who looked at my car and got payoff not from me... giving it to him but getting another way had the wrong info. Payoff was less than $20,000 and they told me $27,750. I am glad I didn’t go further on a deal due to their lack of of them NOT getting the info through me. Would not recommend them.

    I had the opportunity to work with Michael to purchase my dream car at the Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo Fort Mill location. I have purchased several cars... but I have never walked away feeling like a royalty . I was treated like a Queen by my salesman Michael. I recommend that when you visit, and you really should visit, only ask for Michael. He has been nothing but a true blessing to me and to Stateline. You need more people like him. Thank you Michael and Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo for the great customer service and attention to detail, he knew just what I wanted so that tells me that he really knows what he is doing. Michael took his job very serious. I could not believe that he was new to the business he really is a pro at this. I am a customer for life.

    Amber was absolutely incredible I didn’t feel pressured and she helped amuse my toddler during the whole process, she even pumped up my stroller tire wheels.... I recommend seeing amber even if you just have a couple questions about the car buying process!
