I went to pick up my Fiat from an oil change. However,...

I went to pick up my Fiat from an oil change. However, the service guy was not there. I had to wait for James to come from across the street. I will admit, I was frustrated for having to wait, and for no one being there originally. However, when James came over he was the nicest, more sincere, and polite service manager I have ever encountered. I had a mix up with a coupon, and had a tire rotation completed which I didn't ask for. He made everything OK. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and human error is always a possibility. I just always expect for the wrongs to be righted, and Cochran has NOT failed in that area. Everyone from the Sales to Service, and Collision to Rental has been WONDERFUL. I have recommended everyone I know to come to Cochran and purchase a vehicle. They will not be disappointed!!

The waiting facilities were very nice with coffee and a clean bathroom. Internet access is a great feature, along with a cubicle where I could work.

While getting my fiat serviced, I was interested in...

While getting my fiat serviced, I was interested in upgrading to a better model. Mr. Glace showed me the Fiat Sport. After a test drive, I just had to have it. After much negotation, I drove out in my new Pearl White Fiat 500 Sport. I want to thank the Fiat staff for there very friendly and professional interaction. Mr. Glace should be recognized for his professionalism and knowledge of the product. This was a very very enjoyable experience to buy a car from Mr. Glace. Thank you Rob Cochran, you did it again, with you insight YOU have put the right people in the right place at the right time. Thank You Mr. Glace and Mr. Cochran A very satisfied customer. I already own a Fiat 5oo Prima Edizione but I wanted to keep it in the garage and drive it sparingly, so I decided to get another one as a daily driver. Chris was very helpful in making my decision easy and enjoyable, allthough he didn't need to explain much of the car's features to me, the financing and service contract side of the process went smoothly explaining all the benifits of the contract and finance options. Chris was very professional and courteous. I would purchase from him again in the future.

Going to Monroeville is not the most convenient, but the people at Cochran make the trip worthwhile! Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful not only to me but to my sales girl who was only on the job 4 days. She and all did a great job making me a fair deal.

I test drove and loved the new Fiat 500. The salesman...

I test drove and loved the new Fiat 500. The salesman brought me to an empty church parking lot with plenty of room for some fast figure 8's and we motored through it, which I think kind of put the fear of the good lord sweet Jesus into him, but the car handled everything. I pushed it hard into the turns and tried to get it up on two wheels, but no matter what I did, the car would just grab and hold. I bought the Fiat 500 that day. Everything about the experience was perfect. They even gave me a car to use while I went to lunch, a loaner Fiat 500 that I had all to myself to drive in any manner I wanted. This is a great dealership with an attitude that says they are selling a top notch vehicle and they know it and are proud to let you find that out on your own.

Keisha was great. She was totally patient as I test drove 3 different Fiats, and took a long time to decide which one I wanted. The one that had everything else I wanted, and was my favorite color, was a convertible and I was really not sure I wanted a convertible. She suggested that we test drive a convertible, and she showed me how the convertible in this car works. Well that sold me. She never pressured me, never made me feel like I needed to hurry up and make a decision. Instead I was having fun with a friend trying out cars. In between test drives we chatted with everyone in the dealership and they all made me feel very comfortable and at home. In the end I bought the most expensive one on the showroom floor. And I love it. In fact I just sent Keisha an email in response to her congratulations email. Enclosed below: Hi Keisha, As a matter of fact you, and the rest of the people there, did make it a very enjoyable experience. I normally don’t like going through the process of buying a new car, but you all made me feel so comfortable and at home that it was fun. And I love the car! It is just so cute, and drives very well. And it is getting the promised gas mileage. I drove it to the barn where I keep my horses in Greensburg both Saturday and Sunday. 95 miles and it only used a little more than a quarter of a tank. Given how small the tank is, that is excellent! Tomorrow it makes its first trip to Cranberry. It is so cute I even named it - Cocoa. Gwen
