    Very impressive showroom. I believe it is either biggest in the state or the whole south. Very down to earth, professional people. My wife and I really... enjoyed our experience with these folks. They advertise they best price upfront and very honest about any flaws a used car would have!

    Referred bye Brooke Bailey says it’s a great place to buy a used Vehicle they have top of the line vehicles vehicles such as Mercedes, Lincolns, and lower... priced vehicles also!

    The owner there is a con artist and coward. He sold my wife a piece of junk and wasn't even man enough to inform her of the issues with the vehicle. I... PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM OR ANY OF ITS LOCATIONS!

    The 2017 BMW X5 Silver posted by this dealer shows a picture of clean carfax with no accidents. The actual carfax for this vin shows major Front Accident... in 2016. Please be aware of this misrepresentation and shop carefully from this dealer.

    Buyer BEWARE! Bought a Toyota MR2 from this dealership. The car broke down within 50 miles of driving it. The SMT shifter would not put the car into... gear. The dealer rep told my son that it had happened before and they simply added hydraulic fluid and it worked. He asked that I get it to his mechanic. So, I had the car towed 50 miles to the garage and they could smell the fluid but were not sure of the source. The Dealer Principal (Sam Karaman) then began blaming my son for "hot rodding" the car and causing the damage. He was rude, mean, threatening and grossly unprofessional. He stalked me and my son on Facebook sending rude messages. He texted us as well. Pure harassment. We asked for our money back and they agreed....then disagreed...then agreed....then finally disagreed. Here's the result. The car has been driven a total of two days (day three today!). It's been undriveable for four days and in the shop for about 30 days. The temporary tag expired while the car was in the shop. The dealer's mechanic of choice suggested a local mechanic to help us. I happened to know the mechanics, great guys! It is a reputable shop that focuses on foreign models. They assessed the situation and said the HPU pump was leaking and failing. They didn't have the specialty tools to fix it and recommended we go to the mechanics at Toyota of Cool Springs. The Toyota of Cool Springs has been remarkable to work with! They indicated that the HPU had been leaking badly for some time due to aging O-rings and as a result the pump itself was failing. Then the real bad news: the repairs would be extremely costly. They were correct. Car price out the door: over $8,000. Repairs and towing: $7,635 parts and labor. That's right - nearly had to buy the car twice! We had no choice but to fix it because I wouldn't dare sell it as is to anyone with a failing HPU. Thanks to Toyota of Cool Springs, the car is running great. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Brentwood Auto Brokers again. NEVER. Buyer BEWARE!

    I was recently looking for a good used car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I found one I liked online and contacted the dealership via e-mail.... Brittney Smith was quick to reply to my e-mail and answered all of my questions about the car and set us up a time to come in on a Sunday to look at the car. She even e-mailed me the Carfax report and some additional warranty info I asked for. That Sunday, my wife and I met with a salesman named JD and he was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure my wife or I into purchasing anything unlike some salesmen at other dealerships tend to do. He gave us space and let us look at the car and test drive the car so we could decide if we liked it or not. We put a deposit down that day and came back the following Saturday and bought the car and took it home so we could surprise our daughter with it at her birthday party! She LOVED it!!! It was a great day and a great buying experience. I highly recommend them!!! FYI, we bought the car from the Lebanon location, but I'm sure their other stores are just as great!

    3rd time was the charm for us, as the first 2 cars sold before we could make it out to see them on a weekend. We never felt pressure throughout the buying... process and felt that people at Brentwood Auto were genuinely interested in helping us. Special thanks to Sam and Terri for their patience, understanding and care they showed us as the 1st time buyers.

    We flew 3 hours to buy a car from these guys and were not disappointed. Vehicle was in the shape we were told it was. All fees were disclosed upfront and... we were even comped on our hotel stay and picked up from the airport. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for them to finish the paperwork with another customer, but being that it was the only issue, I believe they deserve 5 stars

    Easy, painless process. They wouldn't waive their $299 "documentation" fee and knew market well enough to not come off the price any, but they were transparent... enough to earn my business this time. Not working with me on the price didn't make me a lifelong loyal patron, but their professionalism and pricing is likely to bring me back to give them a look next time I am in the market for an automobile
