Just ask for Chrystal
I was in a jam. I started a new job traveling all over. I needed new tires on my truck. I was on my lunch break and saw a cool car I could not afford and just wanted to find out how much it was. So I met Chrystal and the next thing you know I’m driving a cool BMW 530i 34 mpg and it’s fast just what I needed. She had all the paperwork done the next day. And I’m from PA. She is looking for a car for my wife now.

I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy going to this place they’re terribleThey lie to me they sold me the wrong tire state show me a different pair when I pick my truck up I had another pair on and also the problem my head when I drop the truck off I gave them $2000 and I still have the same problem when I pick the truck up

I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody. Michelle was awful to me when an issue she didn’t see either came up after finalizing the deal. I get that there are deadlines and such but to treat a customer so poorly is just unacceptable.

Confused Service Dept.
Alot of confusion within the Service Dept. Computer system issues in that couldn't find my appt even though I had a text confirmation. Also, confusion on when my car would be completed. 1st they said Monday over the weekend and then surprised me the next day Saturday and called to advise of completion. The loaner they provided had a very bad tire road noise. I told them about it and they said that due to demand for these loaners there was no time to replace the tires. A bit more attention to detail might be in order.

Terrible CUstomer Service
VERY unprofessional. Rude to customers. Condescending. Employees curse at each other and threaten each other's jobs in the presence of customers. Unwilling to fix defective vehicles immediately after sales. Will never shop here again.

They correctly diagnosed my car relate need, explained if was covered by the warranty and quickly managed the repair. Also over heard them helping others and they never oversold services and carefully explained options to minimize costs of service.
