The salesman did a very good, no pressure job of selling

The salesman did a very good, no pressure job of selling me a slightly used luxury/sport car. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and the sale process. Very professional. The finance director did a great job of explaining all of the extended warranties available. He also did a great job of explaining how the finances work.

Very poor service department

Went here and paid over $1,600 in service for my emission reset, wheel alignment and new tires, I was overcharged $275, when I asked the service guy why I was charged more than my agreed original estimate he never looked into it and just said it’s labor fees, got my vehicle back and there was cream all over my rims and new tires, they didn’t even bother to clean them off, I said something to the service guy and he said they hand wash the cars but yet did not do mines, I had to go down the street and pay $22 for a car wash to get the cream off my tires, I called the service manager Jonathan and asked him why I was charged more than the estimate he sent me, he checked the invoice and said I could bring my card back up there to get my $275 refund, I took card back, they took all of my info off of my card and said give it 3-4 days, 4 days later still no refund, I called back spoke to service manager he apologized and said, he don’t know what happened but they would run again, a week later still no refund, I called and left a message for general manager yesterday but he never called me back. I’ve had way better service at other places while spending less money. I will be contacting the BBB to report this place and getting in touch with Infiniti headquarters.

Very nice friendly staff and most important - no

Very nice friendly staff and most important - no pressure. Nice clean dealership and nice people working there. We stopped in just to take a look and bought a new 2023 QX55, as it slightly resembled the older FX models that were the best cars ever built.

Worst dealer ever service department can’t fix car

Took vehicle there for an insurance claim they replaced the right front tire, strut, control arm axle shaft and told us that the rear differential was bad the car was on drivable give them back to us on drivable taken to another dealership found out that the transfer case was damaged and cracked in four different areas Had to tow it back to Infinity for them to replace the transfer case after the transfer case was repaired went to pick the vehicle up and had 3 to 4 scratches on the hood about 5 inches long that we’re all the way down to the metal. This is the kind of service you get an akron INFINITI. Had to tow it back to Infinity for them to replace the transfer case after the transfer case was repaired went to pick the vehicle up and had 3 to 4 scratches on the hood about 5 inches long that were all the way down to the metal this is the kind of service you get a Akron INFINITI don’t go to this dealer go anywhere else if you find yourself there run.

Had to have another dealer diagnose the vehicle after

Had to have another dealer diagnose the vehicle after brought in for insurance claim because Akron infinity could not fix and repair vehicle told us it need rear differential and was unable to be driven found out at another dealer transfer case was broken after taking back to infinity to replace transfer case that they missed got my car back tonight with some notes they left me all over the hood will be filling law suite. Worst dealer ever service manager couldn’t fix a pen if he tried and general manager Frank has no common sense stay away run go somewhere else trust me worst dealer ever

Frank wants to go to court so I’ll see you there , and after I win will be coming back for more. You damaged our vehicle. You miss diagnose the problem and got rid of the evidence but I have all original paperwork and photos. And will not tolerate what you did to our vehicle. Also have all the text messages jury will agree and you will be paying all my fees after I win and more hope Mike and Frank get to keep there jobs for there negligent service
