Courteous sevice and great facilities, but

I like this dealership for service on my Porsche 911's and Boxster, but: The repair parts needed are almost never available so must be ordered, and quick delivery of the parts is often a problem. So repairs may take a week or more. FAST parts delivery from warehouses outside should be provided, and not at extra cost. I can get parts much faster at NAPA. Just saying.

I have been with Kendall for the past 18 years. Excellent service as usual Was there for Diagnostic tests. Service rep very courteous and informative.

Hassle free service

Brought my Atlas in for service. Was provided a ride to work and the service took the estimated amount of time. I was provided a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I had a great experience buying my used Audi from Kendall. Specifically, Craig Simmons in sales knew exactly what I wanted and put me in the perfect car. Mike Little in financing made that side painless. All in all, I will refer friends to Craig and Mike for the next car buying experience.

I always get great service at Kendall. Part of the reason I’ve been a repeat car purchaser at Kendall Vw, AUDI, Porsche, is because I know I will be able to get my service done in a timely manner and done well!

Good and clean facility. Great people to work with....

Good and clean facility. Great people to work with. Fantastic cars. Bought an Audi not a VW although they are nice vehicles we did pick out of the Audi line up.

Excellent customer service!

Everytime I have had any interaction with Kendall VW of Anchorage they have always had exceptional customer interaction, prompt service and convenience. My overall experience since buying my car in March 2020,...

My overall experience since buying my car in March 2020, for what I was expecting to be a higher end dealership I have not been to impressed. I took my car in only after having it a few weeks b/c the check engine light came on and my trunk would not auto lift. I was told my engine light came on bc the gas lid was loose- so it came loose while driving bc i hadn't put gas in my car in about a week at that point. I was told by a service tech that my trunk doesn't have auto lift, I have an Se w/ Technology package it should lift. It was only when I went back a few weeks later to inquire about why i hadn't received my title/registration, I ran into my Salesmen who redeemed my faith in the dealership by showing me how to get the power gate to work. In my most resent visit the service agent called me to follow up about a separate concern they found and they were calling to notify me. I thought this was excellent customer care and showed initiative to solve a problem before a bigger problem occurred. I did purchase my car during the pandemic so i believe some of the my initial issues i have dealt with are just results of the stress the staff had to deal with. I am looking forward to seeing customer care like i was expecting from this high end dealership going forward.

Professional atmosphere

Dealership has a very professional team. I have all my service performed on my vehicle by them. They always offer me the choice of transportation to and from the appointment, or the opportunity to stay in their waiting room. They regularly check on you if you wait and ensure you are informed of process, time left, and offer to make you more comfortable, with water , tea , coffee etc.
