    Joe was very helpful in finding a CR-V with all we wanted . Tammy helped to show how everything worked on the new car. Wished I could have gotten more... on my trade in.

    Gareth Rowlands was very helpful finding my part today. He also was very cooperative and went out of his way to price match what I found on line. Morrristown... Honda continues to be a great place to get parts and service done on our car!! Thanks again!!!

    The customer service at Honda in Morristown leaves a lot to be desired. They did not honor their quoted price, failed to inform me of added fees, and did... not give me what I thought I was paying for (even after repeating to the service writer my understanding of what I was getting for the price quoted.) The second service writer was flippant when I voiced my concern over the higher price than was quoted. I spoke to a manager, but still ended up paying DOUBLE the quoted price and leaving there unhappy with what I got for it. I also had to call twice to get a status update on my vehicle since it took hours longer than they said it would and was transferred 3x before I told them to forget it because it'd be faster just to go up there. I will NEVER go back there again.

    I had a great experience at Morristown Honda! Salesman Chad Raines was friendly and very informative about the cars!!! He takes time to get to know you... and he's very personable! I would recommend Morristown Honda and Chad as dealer to anyone!!! I had a great experience!!!

    I had a great experience at Honda Morristown. Brad Holt was very helpful and listened well to find out what I was really looking for in a new vehicle.... Once we figured out what would be the best fit for me, Brad and the Honda Team worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle that I desired. I am so happy with my CRV! This was the second vehicle I bought from Honda Morristown and both times I was very pleased with the service I received. Honda has great, caring people working for them and at no time did I feel intimidated. Thanks!

    Very unprofessional. Our salesman seemed to have no idea what they were talking about. We drove an hour to view a car that we saw on the internet. The... salesman said it was available, and by the time we got there, she had said it had sold. She showed us a few cars that were above our price range, and then came back to say that the car we wanted to see was actually still there but being serviced. We put a deposit on the vehicle to hold until we could see the next day. The following day, we had to call three times before they returned our phone call 30 minutes before they closed, only to tell us that someone else had already put a deposit on it and we would have to wait a week to hear if they decided if they wanted it or not. The entire process was very frustrating. The fact that no one could tell us if the car we wanted to look at was actually there or not, the fact that they would not return our phone calls, to not realizing that someone else had already put a deposit on it, was entirely unprofessional.

    From researching through the internet and the first call to Honda Morristown to the end process of showing us the features of our new vehicle before we... drove off, the attention to us as a customer was exceptional. I felt like my business was valued and of course they would like to make a sale, but there was no pressure place on me to buy a vehicle. Here is what we have and can offer you and this is the price we can sell it to you at was their approach; this was very much appreciated by me and my wife. A shout out to Todd, Rodney and Greg for their exceptional customer service.
