My experience at Patterson???s was excellent. My only dissatisfaction was the length of wait after we came to an agreement because only 1 financial employee... was working (all others had left early for the Thanksgiving holiday). Such is life! Our salesperson was Monica Garcia and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was very nice and kind to us.

I recently had a great experience with Patterson Kia. I'm one of those never bought a new car people, never shop them and almost never go look at them... even when they are closed. My journey began looking for a used car and just couldn't find what I was wanting, that led me to the Kia department and that is where we met the team. In the beginning the first thing I noticed is they weren't pushy at all, no "I need to sell a unit to get paid mentality" it was more of asking questions about what we were in the market for, our uses and budget. We met Lacy in October when she was 2 weeks out of training, a young lady who changed her career path for the better. She was sharp, loved the job, was happy and smiled. She was knowledgeable and quick to give answers with no "I know everything" attitude. We drove several cars, in different price ranges and options, I explained that we were looking, but I didn't have everything financially lined up for a purchase just yet, maybe 2 months out. After the test drives we sat down with Jeff the sales manager and went over my credit, payments, and options for a purchase. In the waiting period Lacy called us in systematic fashion, but not burdensome. The last time we spoke was on a Friday, Lacy called to check in with us and to see if we had a Happy Thanksgiving, she didn't mention a car, just to chat. I brought up that I think we have decided not to go with a Cadenza as that is what we were sold on, instead we were thinking a 2019 Optima as it was cheaper and more in line with our future goals, she replied that they had a Passion Red one on the showroom floor and said she would send me some pictures of it, she did. Later that day we were in town visiting family and stopped by to look at it and were sold on it, That was Friday! The following Monday we completed the deal and left with our new Kia, the experience was perfect in every way, I had always heard that anyone in the Patterson's team was a pleasure to deal with, that was solidified in the prior year when my girlfriend's son dealt with and purchased a car from the used lot, his sales person was Michael Doorman. He was just as nice and not pushy with her son or me as I had told him I was kinda looking too, but not quite ready to purchase. My view of the team is more of servants than either sales or finance people, they give you options and information, then let you decide which way to go. Not just quick with answers, but quick with knowledge, they are there to serve you. Keep doing what you have been doing, it's working as I have no negative things to report, if I did I would have brought them up. Jim
