    Joshua was great. He drove me to my wife work to have her fill some papers out because she had to work. He took his time to make sure I had everything... we needed glad I picked this dealership.

    Parks is the place if you are looking for a new car and want a stressless, hassle and haggle free experience, with excellent customer service built right... in. After 10 years I was ready for a new car, and wanted a Spider Classica. I went to Parks and was immediately greeted by Julian Khani. He was professional, kind, very knowledgeable about his dealership and product, had great customer service and made me feel special. He stayed with me during the process, showing me how to access the Fiat App and explaining all of the bells and whistles on my car. When my bank was dragging their heels on getting the draft over the dealership, Julian stepped in and helped that process move faster - making my stress non-existent. The showroom and entire facility was clean, modern and very inviting. Every request was met with a "yes" and Julian made sure to follow up with me daily via text and phone until all of the little details were done. I will be going back for a new car in the future, and my only place to will be Parks!

    I purchased a new 2017 Fiat 500 today from Parks Fiat of Wesley Chapel. What a perfect experience! My sales person Amit Sharma was very knowledgable and... personable. No high pressure or bull! In addition, their sale manager Jorge Rodriguez was equally personable and a straight shooter. Best car buying experience of my 50 years of purchasing cars! This after a poor experience the day before at another Fiat dealer in Brandon, FL.

    My wife and I went to this dealer on March 5, 2016 strictly on a fact-finding mission. We wanted only to find out our options as we were shopping for her... a new vehicle. As we entered the dealership, we were greeted by George and introduced to Amit Sharma, our Sales Consultant. I am very responsive to and appreciative of good customer service, but this was great customer service! Amit was personable informative and did not make us feel pressured or rushed. We left the dealership with a 2016 Fiat 500x Trekking! My wife is happy which means I am happy. Thanks Amit for great service!!!

    Our family went to review the new Fiat 500X. We loved the vehicle and the whole experience at the dealership. Fiat had some amazing incentives and the... sales team helped us with the whole process. We ended up purchasing a brand new Fiat 500X and are very happy with our purchase.

    Guy's, every Dealer in the Universe will tell you how great they are and how well they care about you. Honesty is so hard to find and unfortunately it's... not seen often enough. When anyone gives me my money's worth today, I'm often surprised, but when someone truly goes the extra mile because they care and have integrity, I have to share. I am a former MARINE and my Word means everything to me. I'm just trying to express how amazed I am at this Dealership. Have you ever felt like Royalty? I never stepped foot on the Dealers lot because I have no transportation after selling my jeep. Knowing this was a new vehicle, there was no real risk of getting a lemon. Lol. Kathy was assisting me on the phone and even explained how I could save an extra $500 through my USSA. This was no savings to them, just the actions of someone who cares. Anyway, after I bought the vehicle, They said since I had no transportation, it would be delivered to my home the next day, which is almost 70 miles away, WOW!!!!!!!! Who does this?!!!!!!! And on top of that, they are sending two girls to deliver it. Lol. Every time I see an act of kindness or fairness, it gives me Hope for this broken World. Thank you guys So much for not only selling me the most Awsome Fiat in the World, but for your Hearts. Thank you. Danny
