    When I bought my car they promised to provide a new set of red mirror caps. After we walked out the dealership, I never heard from them. I've been calling them week after week and they were pushing back coming with a bunch of excuses every time. At the end, they told me that they won't honor the deal! Very disappointed! So, you better think twice before you walk in to this dealership!

    At time of delivery we had mentioned that the red mirror caps were not available for the current model year of the Fiat 500 you purchased. Therefore, we agreed to paint your mirrors at NO CHARGE (even though there was a $140 cost factor associated) and you signed the "we owe" which stated you would contact us if you would like to move forward with the red paint with our body shop. We were always willing and still willing to do that for you. There was no intention to deceive you or not move forward with our promise. We cannot simply honor your request afterwards to order extra mirror caps in white and then schedule to paint them red as there is an additional cost factor associated with that. We gave you a great deal on your car and we feel we gave you a bonus to help paint your mirror caps so it upsets us that you are on here giving us a 1 star review. If there was any miscommunication all around, we apologize, but thought we were clear in writing what was owed and we have the documentation here to back that up. I am out of the office now but I will call you tomorrow to clear this up.

    My wife who is now recovering from a long illness really wanted a new Fiat Spider with a manual transmission. It had to be the exact color and equippted the way she wanted. I went to Dan and told him what I wanted. He asked why a stick shift? I said "thats the way she is. A stick shift sports car does it for her, no bulky suv." He said he would do his best to help me but it would probably have to be ordered. I told my wife she would have it about July. To make a long story short, Dan found the exact car she wanted over a hundred miles away. He worked a deal with the dealer who had it, brought it here, parked it in the show room with a big bow on the hood. It sparkeled! I did not tell my wife. When I brought Tami in to order the car, the suprise was too much for words. It was a day she will never forget. Dan and Erwin Lee, a great guy who took care of all the details and financing, did more for us than I ever experianced with buying a car before. I recommend Carmen Fiat, Dan, and Erwin to any one who wants a really wonderful car buying experiance. Thanks again, Dante and Tami Principe

    This is my 2nd Fiat purchased from Carman Fiat. I was lucky enough to work with Erwin Lee who was absolutely wonderful! He was helpful, cheerful and don't believe his smile ever left his face. Erwin worked very hard to get me a wonderful deal, not only on my trade in, but with the financing! My payments were lower than expected as was my interest rate! This was all because of Erwin's hard work. He was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and took the time to show me all the new features I would be getting with my new car. When we went to pick up the car, Erwin was extremely organized, explained what each paper was that we were signing and why and we were in and out of the dealership in little over an hour. What more could I ask for? I drove home in my new Fiat a very happy woman! Thank you Erwin and Carman Fiat! You have a customer for life!

    I have never taken my 2012 Fiat 500C Pop anywhere else. Tony is extremely knowledgeable an has never tried to 'up the price.' I bent a rim hitting a pot hole last year. Tony made and appointment for me the next day on my lunch hour. I took it in and within 15 minutes I had a new rim! I thought it would cost a fortune but I was wrong. Including the new hub cap, I paid less than $65 dollars. When I took it in for a burnt out headlight, I was done in less than 10 minutes. I see how busy they are and expect to wait a long time for my car to be serviced but I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick things move. About a month ago my car would not start. I call Tony and he said if I could get a jump to bring it right into the shop. The way I was parked at work it would be impossible to jump it. Tony was such a big help and gave me the number to the Fiat Road Service who was going to tow it in for me for free. When they got to my work, the driver confirmed it was my battery, took out his battery box and it started. I immediately took it to Carman and Tony ran a full scan of the engine to be 100% sure nothing else was wrong. He came in and told me the scan could take up to 30-45 minutes. It was done within 30 minutes and my new battery was installed. The entire wait time was about 40 minutes. I won't ever take my Fiat any where else. Tony and the team are the best I've ever dealt with. Quick to schedule appointments, they work around my schedule, stay late to finish a job, open late some days. What more could I ask for? Love Carman service! Keep up the good work, I'll be in soon for my oil change!

    I took my 2012 Fiat in to have the skid plate repaired. It is obvious that the damage to the skid plate occurred during an oil change or other service at this dealership as the car has never been serviced anywhere else in nearly four years. I was informed of this damage at Valvoline where I took the car for a routine oil change in that I could not wait the nearly two weeks for an appointment at Carman. Carman refuses to own up to this damage and would charge me $200 for the repair. I will now have to seek Fiat service elsewhere. I cannot remotely recommend Carman service for even the most minor service.

    I just bought a 500 X at Carman Fiat and enjoyed the experience . Jeremy Myers our salesman was very knowledgeable . The manager was very helpful and answered many questions . This Dealership is stellar . Their attention to detail along with professional , kind care made this experience wonderful . Not to mention the amazing cars they sell . I'd recommend this dealership to everyone .

    I am the President of the New Castle Hundred Lions Club Foundation in New Castle, DE. Carman Fiat has been a sponsor of our annual Art on the Green for the past couple of years. Every September, I visit their booth and their representatives are always so friendly and courteous. After doing some research and seeing the high safety ratings of the new Fiat 500x, I decided to go in and test drive one. Jeremy Myers and I went out for a drive and he and Tom Windett could not have been more accommodating. It was late in the evening, and I was just not sure if I wanted to buy or not. Two days later, I emailed Tom with an offer and his response was prompt and positive. He invited me back to the studio to do the deal. The paperwork was easy, the deal was without pressure, and Josh Lukens offered some advice on the glass coating process. The entire buying process at Carman Fiat was the best experience I have had in the 20+ years that I have been buying automobiles. If you walk into this dealership, you will have a great experience. Whether you buy a car or not, you will get as much information as you want, and you will never feel any pressure from these guys. They are true consultants, not your typical car salesmen.     We visited Carman Fiat on one of the coldest, windiest days of the winter, and we greeted with a warm welcome and friendly, professional and helpful sales and service by both Josh and Tom. We'd seen the FiatX at the recent Phila Auto Show, and wanted to test drive the car. Both Josh (our main sales person), and Tom were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt.
