Had an oil leak after an oil change and took the car I so they could repair the leak. I made an appt at 9:00. I explained that it had to be caused by... the oil change time because nothing was wrong when I brought it in for the oil change. The person I talked to (Kent) was horrible. He said it may not be there fault, could be coincident. I knew then that they would not own that it was their fault. Then he confirmed a # to call, and I told him to call a different #, but he never called. I called twice to see when the car would be ready and was sent to voice mail and I left a message. Still no return call. I called again and no answer. It was now 5:45pm and I got a ride to the fiat dealer and the person there went to check. Then a man came out and they hadn’t done anything except tell me it would be $1100.00. I had only put on 600 miles since the oil change and they said it was my fault. The car had 14,000 total miles on it. Horrible service. Will never go to this service repair again. There is a great repair service at the Fiat dealer in San Jose! I should have taken the drive.
from beginning to end the shopping was a fun experience. i think i scared the salesman on the test drive told him was going to put thru a true test. took... my mechanic with me well cause you know what they say about car salesmen. whole thing took 2 hours drove out in my new car. that was a year ago, guys are fabulous in the service area, due to my job have to go in on saturdays but i'm not alone in that so i have to wait . people are always pleasant, even the parts guy who I am sure i've driven crazy with my questions on things I want to purchase to personalize. was and is a pleasure dealing with these people.
When you arrive at the service department prepare to be completely ignored. You will have to search for someone to help you. Then you will make your way... into the tiniest possible room ever to fill out your paperwork. Don’t try to call the service department because they will never answer and definitely don’t complain to the owner because he doesn’t give a xxxx. You already bought the car so why should he care about service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay far away! If anyone from Fiat reads this, this dealership is making you guys look bad.
Had a great experience with them, found the car I wanted online, spoke with Philip the internet sales manager, great salesman. Would definitely buy a car... from them again. Such a painless experience.
