He fails to work with potential new clients, after a warmed up prospect is handled over to him via his floor sales manager. As any average car shopper shares competitive pricing, he would deflect those quotations. Instead of have a friendly conversations, his attack response was "Why didn't you purchase a new car from one of those researched competitors?" My response: * Maybe, I have been working out everything with the floor sale manager and 75% there. * Maybe, I wanted to see what Hunter Fiat could do. Outreach via email to the Hunter Fiat Dodge Ram General Manager, Gus Briones had no response. This dealership has no intention of customer service. I would advise potential shoppers in Lancaster, CA to bring their business elsewhere. Spend your money at a business that values you as a customer.
