My experience started off bad from the beginning however we always try to support local businesses. I left two voicemails for a salesman to call me back... about a car on their lot for sale. It has been 3 days I still have not received a return call. I called again waited for operator was hung up on. I finally called back again and spoke to a sales man who did not know anything about a car I was interested in that was for sale at this dealership. He proceeded to argue with me that they did not have this particular car at their dealership. I explained I had personally saw the car on the lot Sunday and viewed information about the car online. The next day the salesman called me back and ask if I wanted to come test drive the car and I told him I could not come but I would come this week. The very next day I came to the dealership to test drive the car and the car had been sold at auction. I was offered to buy another car and was told that this had happened to another customer as well. I explained to the 3 salesmen this is no way to run a business and was told that I did not put a deposit down on the car so they could do what they wanted. I stopped them and explained that I would never purchase from this dealership again. Customer service is everything in running a business and when you treat your customers like this they will not come back. Please rethink the way your sales team is treating your customers. Also your sales personnel needs to be trained in how to be respectful to buying customers and be able to remember that they spoke to them about a car. It has only been one day and he could not remember talking to me about the car that was auctioned off not even 24 hrs prior to speaking to me. This is a problem.
The salesperson I texted treated me like a total idiot. A $7000 truck that was 16 yrs old and they raised the price by $2,000 to $10,900. Amazing what... a set of wheels and a $600 lowering kit equals to...lol.
I HAVE BEEN PUTTING OFF BUYING A CAR FOR MONTHS. SO GLAD I FINALLY CAME TO HOMETOWN AUTO. THANK YOU JEFF LAW AND STAFF FOR HELPING ME MEET MY NEEDS.

Paid for the car Wednesday Told me that send truck 9am to pick in Richmond va stop dealerships on Thursday at 2:45 still no car they said come back pick... up at 5:00 still no car so I pitch a fit then I tell management I’ve been waiting for 12yrs to have something like this and what’s one day hurt they not good keeping there Word and it’s was all Manager he has smart mouth does not care at all about the costumer. Any local car dealer looking for great management Dre Joyce He work nice whole Process he should be management

Talk about a wonderful car buying experience!!!! I had been to other dealers but when I say Hometown had me signed sealed and delivered in less than 2... hours. They are wonderful from beginning to end. Thanks y’all. The family loves the new addition!!!!
Fantastic Salesman - Ashton! No pressure and got me what I wanted! I also didn't have to wait all day and was surprised by how fast it took to get in and... out and into my new vehicle.
The staff at Hometown went out of their way to help me and my daughter have a great experience as she purchased her first car. They even helped to entertain... our little one while we were signing those dotted lines in finance. I will always bring my business back her as long as they continue to show the level of professionalism they did!
