Simply disgusting

Simple again very simple light on the dash low tire pressure but I had no knowledge of what the light indicated. After stopping at the dealership and having the most uncomfortable welcome to the service dept, I was rudely in a very short manner advised what the light was for and how to fix It. The tire pressure was checked and corrected the only good that come from this visit. The guy that come from the back to the side of the building was very short in words, talked down suggest I read the manual for what each light on the dash may be trying to alarm me of prior to coming and asking for help. “Somethings are not worth the trip to the dealership” simply disgusting. I will buy and service at another honda location! Your employee should have name tags or shirts with first names visible. As I was driving off I ask the younger man washing or detailing a car who the guy was that helped me better said as made me feel ignorant about my car, thanks Matt for the first and last impression of the service dept.

Horrible attitude, very sarcastic service guy, to busy cutting up the lady behind us to answer my questions, using cuss words, tech to interested in the young lady at the desk behind us to answer parts and pricing questions, cell phone usage in front of a customer is not focusing on the customers needs,m do NOT recommend Matt Hicks

Fantastic customer service!

Highly recommend this dealership. They make the buying process very easy. Really go above and beyond to take the stress out of buying. They even have free popcorn and ice cream.

I purchased my very first car with Katey at Honda Kingsport. She was extremely helpful and made what could have been a very stressful experience super fun! I highly recommend checking out what they have to offer if you're looking for a vehicle!


Really bad selection and poor customer service

I went there to purchase a new CRV. When I got there they had only a couple of the new models on the lot and none in the color I wanted. They wanted me to do the deal and start making payments on a vehicle that it would take them 3 months to get. Yes, they told me it would take 3 months. I told them I was not comfortable with that and I would have to go home and think on that a bit. Of course they called me several times and I did not return the calls as, after some thought, I decided to explore other options. I received yet another call from their finance manager and she proceeded to YELL AT ME for not returning any calls and not taking the deal. No way I will ever do business with them again. I will even drive to Johnson City for service on my CRV.
