I went there to purchase a new CRV. When I got there they had only a couple of the new models on the lot and none in the color I wanted. They wanted me... to do the deal and start making payments on a vehicle that it would take them 3 months to get. Yes, they told me it would take 3 months. I told them I was not comfortable with that and I would have to go home and think on that a bit. Of course they called me several times and I did not return the calls as, after some thought, I decided to explore other options. I received yet another call from their finance manager and she proceeded to YELL AT ME for not returning any calls and not taking the deal. No way I will ever do business with them again. I will even drive to Johnson City for service on my CRV.
We have bought several cars from Honda & each time was a pleasant experience!! Adam, one of the managers, is always so friendly and goes out of his... way to make everyone feel welcomed! He even took my oldest to grab an ice cream cone...we will certainly be back!!
I appreciate Mike Taylor getting me a price quickly and agreeing on a deal without spending a whole lot of time on negotiation. I was referred by Regina... and Garrett Aldridge and I will be referring my other friends to Mike from now on.
Best place to buy a new Honda. They have the best staff and the cleanest facilities. I would never buy a vehicle from anybody else.
I took my truck to Honda Kingsport to have the timing belt replaced. The service advisor gave me a quote. The time and price for the repair were the same... as the quote. It is wonderful to have a vehicle serviced and everything turns out the way they said it would. I would recommend Honda Kingsport to anyone.
I recently purchased a Used Civic and I got a great deal it was simple and easy no stress. They got me financed with ECU they even were able to get me... a deferred first payment for 3 months. Although this was my 5th purchase at this dealership I have to say this was by far the easiest.

I had purchased a car from then on the 2nd of May. The day we purchased the car we were told certain things and one of them being was getting a second... key (they only had 1 with the car). My mother-in-law who was with my fiancé when the paperwork and deal was done, was told the key would be paid for by them. Well that wasn’t the case. I went today get the key made and the lady informed me that I had to pay for it, that she had called the dealership and they told her they were NOT paying for the key! I was very confused as to that was part of the deal. So I guess them losing over $17,000 on a car sale is worth it to them instead of paying $129.90 for a key that they said they would pay for! That’s only 1 thing that was lied about! I would NEVER buy another car from them, EVER! It’s been nothing but a pain in the butt. Worse experience I’ve ever had with buying from a dealer! I would not recommend anyone going to them unless you like to be jerked around and lied too!
They advertise bad credit financing. I informed the sales person of my situation and my credit score prior to coming in for an appointment. I was guaranteed... that they would be able to work with me. After going in and spending several hours of my time there I left with the words of "we found one that is going to be able to finance" only to be told the next day that it is not going to work after being avoided for several hours. The vehicle was only in the $7500-$10000 dollar range and my credit score is not that terrible. You should be up front and honest with customers and not waste their time if you cannot help them.
