    Bought a Kia Sorento in 2016 and have kept up the maintenance as the computer lets us know when its needed. Service has been pretty good except for 2... incidents. 1 when the oil pan seal was not seated properly and 2 when the shield was not bolted solidly into place and ended up dragging on the ground when driving. For those of you not aware.... the bolts holding the oil pan shield in place is usually bolted to the frame and mine came off causing damage. This was not due to anything I did. The bolt was either not put back on or it was left loose to vibrate and fall off causing the passenger side damage to the shield.

    My experience with the service department at Ferguson Kia was very good. I took my car in for an oil change. I was promised that it would be finished in... about an hour. They changed the oil and rotated my tires in about 40 minutes. I bought a new 2018 Kia Soul from Ferguson. When you buy from them you get $20 oil changes, free routine inspections and free tire rotations for life. A great deal.

    Love the Kia dealership in Broken Arrow. Fast friendly and knowledgeable service! Highly recommend! I bought my car from them and love the car. The buying... process was lengthy but they were very patient and informative and as a result I have a car I am extremely happy with.

    We went to Ferguson KIA after we had shopped another dealer closer to our Midtown home. I am very thankful for the people at Ferguson. Because we were... one step away from going to a different make and model . Our sales woman Susan Gandy was up front and honest. All of the folks we dealt with, felt genuine. KIA is lucky to have this group representing their brand. We are very happy to have the vehicle we wanted at the price it was offered.

    I thought my whole experience at Ferguson Kia in Broken Arrow was great. Hank Loyd, the salesman, was quite helpful in the whole buying a car process.... I'd definitely refer people to check out Ferguson Kia in the future!

    I really loved the service! They went over and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and to ensure that the process went smoothly.     Great experience. I am very happy with the vehicle. Since I live out of town I worked with them prior to arriving. I would have liked a little more assistance... on the vehicle search instead of just being asked to come in.

    Great and quick service by Buddy..he made us feel so clear minded and took alot of pressure OFF. Thats the opposite experience we got at the closest Kia... dealer. No games and no gimmicks is not just an rxpression..Ferguson internet prices and what we paid were spot on. I appreciated the work from all their staff; they had us in our new car headed home within an hour! No buyers remorse for me!
