Professional - Trustworthy - Friendly

Had my 150 serviced today, these guys continue to amaze me. Treat you like a person, not a number. And they durn sure know how to do what they do. I drive 200 miles for service because I know I can trust them to do a great. Heck, even Ty was in a good mood today.

Great experience w/ Jess Ford

Just finished buying a 2018 F-350 from the Jess Ford team. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I live in Western Montana and they were able to meet me halfway to get the pickup. First time I've bought a vehicle completely online. The pickup was as described. Sales process was completely painless. Zero pressure. Great truck. Great experience. I'm hoping to drive this pickup for years but will definitely look to these guys when I'm ready to buy again.

Beeping noise/ LincolnMKX

Great service. They were personable and located my problem. Was not the Lincoln but an attachment I had purchased. The problem was resolved. The other question I had was about the fan in the seat heat/ cool system. Assured me it was a normal sound with that year model.

the price was agreed to prior to my arrival and purchase agreement was sent to me. They were prepared with the paperwork and were ready for my pickup appt. got me out in about 1 hr.

I do not have a title - retired person

So far have never had a problem. Tell service people what I find/found and they are very helpful explain to me what was and what was found. So no problem. Reason for purchase, had dealt with them before, leasing, and it was time to turn in vehicle so I went with the Ford Ecosport.
