I bought my 2012 Fusion from Addison Auto Place and I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and the folks that work there! To be honest... I was super hesitant about visiting any dealership because I know very little about cars. Lets face it; as a 22 year old female I am a walking target for a car salesman to take advantage of. When I got there I was greeted by Harry, one of the salesman. He was very nice and made the entire process much easier than I anticipated. I told him the budget that I was working with and he did not try to push me over. He knew A LOT about the cars themselves. When I had a question he answered it directly no beating around the bush like some of those shady car guys. They are very open about looking online to compare prices. All in all you're going to get GREAT SERVICE and a GREAT PRICE for your car. Strongly recommend this place. A huge thank you to Max and his whole team. Thanks y'all!!!
i was shopping for a hyundai sonata for several weeks.i found a 2014 sonata with a price unbelievabely low price.first i thought there was some thing wrong... with that.i went on their web site and looked at other cars and compared those prices with the market and saw the same un un believable low prices. i had nothing to loose ,so i visited the dealership and received the best customer service and all the staff friendly and helpful.they showed me car fax and they did not pressure me at all.i asked to see book values and it was the same as my book values on my i phone.i tried to get a lower price .the owner explained that the price is wholesale price to public very politely .i did not purchase that same day and two days later i called and made sure the car was still there.it was,so i went back and purchased .unlike the previous writer ,i am having a hard time to believe the owner is the type he discribed.just not look the same when i went there.i am very happy and that was the most pleasant and smooth car buying experience.
These guys are not a huge dealership but believe me they are worth the drive to Carrollton! First I will start by saying, Harry the sales man was helpful,... knowledgeable, very friendly and personable. Max whom I believe is the owner, was the EXCACT same way. I felt like family, which is weird because I didn't even know these guys.I was pretty particular too, i have a young son and I didn't want to spend my money on anything less then what I needed. I ended up buying a 2014 Hyundi Elanta with 2k miles and in perfect condition for almost $5k under what huffines was asking (Max really made this work for me, he actually cared what I could afford). The prices were absolutely amazing, and the people where even better!! On top of all of this when I picked up my car it had been detailed, and had almost a full tank of gas. THESE GUYS ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you decided to go here (I highly suggest you do) tell them Melody P. Sent you! (They have an awesome referral program I would love to collect on! haha!) But on a more serious note; If you go anywhere else your wasting your money. I would know I search for a new car for MONTHS!!
I have been searching for a vehicle for days, getting swindled by many salesmen at dealerships with negotiated prices that just didn't hit have the wow... factor. At the last split second Mr. Max called me about a 2014 one owner vehicle that was undervalued by $6,400 with a clean carfax history and only 8600 miles. I was skeptical, but interested. When I arrived I noticed it was a rental vehicle. So, I checked to make sure there wasn't any apparent frame damage and having worked in the rental industry, I even called the department that sells vehicles, provided them with the vin #, and they confirmed that he was selling this vehicle very closely to the wholesale price, and that the vehicle is clean. Maybe for once, this whole too good to be true thing does not apply here. I was very impressed with Max's overall professionalism and kind spirit and look forward to bringing him many more customers in the future.
