    The service department does not respect loyal customers. The advisor himself was a nice kid (Chandler) but the dealership as a whole is very poor. My cars been serviced here over 10 times and every time the service is worse and worse. I've actually seen them back another customers car into mine. This last time they had my car for two straight Friday's to repair a recall. Never mind you getting into the service department requires you fighting off several new car salesman. I mean it's crazy how these guys wait outside for people with broken down VW'S to show up. Like sharks in the water people so bring your repellent. The car was there all day and I was never told it would take that long. They never offered a courtesy loaner for there recall and refused to provide me with a complimentary oil change for my wasted time. Daniel the service manager offered me 10% off. Wow. That's how much they respect repeat customers. I get that offer in the mail. Do not let other people's reviews fool you. Check Googles reviews. This dealership needs to rethink its business outlook. They have managed to annoy a lot of customers. I will not be going back, I've had enough bad service.

    I offered to buy ASAP and it was like pulling teeth to get people to talk to you via phone or email. There are clearly TOO many ppl and all have Manager in their title. They're not responsive or timely with communication; simple questions deserve simple answers. Onto the competition, maybe they want my money.

    ok, so 4000 charachters is not enough space for me to rage about my terrible experience... they took what is supposed to be an exciting quick purchase and made me walk out without a car, in doubt of what i wanted and seriously questioning Mr. Rick Cases' business approach. 1. way to many salesmen. counted more than 10 just sitting around staring at the door, waiting for their next victims 2. very aggressive. now, i mean VERY. getting calls at night and early in the morning from various people (who obviously hadnt communicated) asking me if i wanted to go forward with a purchase. that alone made me quesion whether i would go back! 3. Different people involved with our sale. dont get me wrong, the initial salesman was very attentive, correct, and informative. a real host -he offered us a drink and sat us down to explain the ins and outs of lease vs loans. but as the time went on, and the hours passed, loads of other people were involved. from the sales manager to the floor manager- it all felt very forced, very fake and extremely ungeniune. 4. Took too long. its such a shame- i walked in wanting to purchase a VW Tiguan ON THE SPOT, having owned and driven VW for over 10 years...and on the way out, more than 4 hours later (!) decided to go for a jeep cherokee instead. Rick Case, a piece of advice, TIME is money for your customers. and the longer things took, the more I questioned the dealership. thats when i started looking online at reviews. wow- so many bad reviews! A FEW TIPs: -when a customer emails, answer back!!! -listen to what your customers want -manage labor based on demand (or they should atleast look busy) -stop hiring people who arent genuinely interested in your customers or their needs. very disappointed. very.

    When you buy a car for Rick Case they promise the world. Take it for service, they don't really car. One of their service personnel, response was we are too busy, we can't provide guaranty the level of service you get when you get here. I should've mentioned that I was trying to make a service appointment.

    Once again we had a good experience with this dealership. my husband took our Passat for service and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I refereed many of my friends to this dealership not just for the modern and clean facility but also for their good service and the friendly staff. Try them out you wont regret it.
