    As soon as I walked in the door, I was treated like family. They worked hard to find me a car to fit my needs. I asked many questions and ended up deciding to get the new Altima. There was no upselling and no pressure. Great work, guys!

    First we went there to look at a car we saw on the internet. They were doing construction on their lot and it looked very shady. Everybody sitting at tables in a big room, not very private or inviting. We test drove the car and we gave the salesman all of our info and details (but not any SSN's or anything) and he said he called Jr. and the payments were way above where we were looking. He never asked me about where I worked, my income or anything. He asked what price range we would need and I told him and he said that there was no way they could get that low and sucks to be you (he didn't say that but that is what I took from it). I have never been treated this badly at a car lot. I left with my head spinning. Where I bought my current Nissan, they bent over backwards to make a deal (even though I was not even planning on buying at that time) and it was a great deal where they were able to meet all my requirements, but apparently this place can't do that. I was expecting high pressure and got some guy who seemed to just want to go home. HUGE prices, and HUGE disappointment.

    My friend James recently brought his car into Fuccillo to have some of the scratches buffed out from shopping carts and bumps while at Cross Gates mall. I wasn't expecting much but, WOW!! The car looked completely brand new, not sure how but they were able to get rid of the scratches and dings and made the car look like new. Took about a day for them to go over the entire car, well worth the wait. I'm thinking of bringing in my car (not a Nissan) for the same fix up!

    I first went to fuccillo on a sunday and i got a deal from billy fuccillo jr and it was a payment i could afford for a newer truck. I was suppose to come back sunday night and pick it up and then they called me an hour before i was suppose to come back and said that i wasn't able to pick it up due to the banks that they use being closed! So due to work i wasn't able to pick it up until friday. When i went to pick it up friday i went to the finance manager to sign paper work my payment and it went up 40 dollars than expected! I had a VERY good credit score and he said there was nothing he could do due to my past credit being all with cosigners. I accepted the deal because it was a truck that i really wanted and my mother bought 3 vehicles through them so i wanted to give them the business. A couple days go by and i decide to check the Air filter and Cabin air filter...The truck did not have any Cabin air filters, so i had to go buy my own and put them in myself. So so much for there 100 and something point vehicle inspection. That was a month and a half ago. Just the other day i went to start my truck and i got nothing it just made a click...I had to have it towed to fuccillo which was 170 dollars and they charged me a diagnostics fee so total it was 300 dollars...they said it was due to the remote starter that was in it. The Service manager Shane on the phone said they would have it removed and all would be set when i was to pick it up. When i went to get it he said they didn't take it out and that he never said that. He said that i now have to go to boomers to have it taken out. I asked how do i know this won't happen again? and he said we don't know we just got it started for you. And still proceeded to charge me 300 dollars and now i have to pay to get the remote starter taken out. Overall i have had nothing but problems with the company. Fuccillo jr was a good salesman it was everything that came after the fact.

    Fuccillo Nissan is only 20 minutes from my house, it was the first & last place my family looked for our new Altima. We received our first quote from Fuccillo and went to another dealer, and they couldn't match it on the same car. So we went back expecting some conflict, you know the normal "OHH YOU WANTED THAT CAR? $$$$$"

    Bizarro and uncomfortable experience all around. The salesman made me feel awkward and pressured even though I had already stated that I had a budget with little wiggle room. Somehow looking for a used car at a certain price means to them "lease a car at $150 more a month". When I said I really needed to mull over such a decision I was given patronizing comments. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Even better, the WHOLE time I was sitting in the room waiting (probably a total of 20 minutes) one of the salesman made his way around the room picking his nose with no cares. I mean he was by the front desk, then by the window, and finally right at the entrance & the entire time he was digging for gold. I'm talking a finger and a thumb deep. And when he was by the desk he would periodically use the computer mouse with that same hand to mess with the awful music that was playing. I felt like I was at a club from 2004. They get the 1 star because the hot young blond from the commercials apparently works there. I feel bad for her having to be around all those schleps. Wish SHE was my salesman. At the very least I could have asked her out. Worst that could happen is she says no since I was never going in that place again.
