Was a great experience -the customer service was 2nd to none. I was in& out several times within few days asking questions looking at diff options etc -I never once felt pressured or rushed -always feeling validated & treated with respect -A very enjoyable experience .They were very knowledgeable and helpful -felt I had made new friends -still following up and continue to be in touch -& to top it off -I love my QX60
