Hands down the worst service experiences ever. I will never purchase from this dealer again. Sad because the vehicle itself is wonderful and the dealership... is only 12 mins from my house. I have purchased a 570 and a 2019 720S. Very long story, but first repair (minor accident while detailing the vehicle before I received it) took nearly 2 month. The current mess involves repairing the park distance sensor and front splitter. Back in Feb (4 months ago) they told me the parts were ordered and it would be approx 2-3 days for repair. Took a few months to get the parts in. After the parts arrived, it was another 5 weeks to get an appointment. They have now had the vehicle for nearly a month and now say they might have to order more parts, but have yet to do so. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anybody there for an update. I have had much experience with exotic cars and dealerships and have never experienced anything ever close to this level of poor service and flat out lack of care for customers. Definitely not a place I would ever recommend.
Shopped for a 650s for 4 weeks. Spoke to 1/2 the Mclaren store in the nation. The last store I called treated me like gold and by far offered me the lowest... pricing. There manager Fernando was so great it felt I was purchasing a vehicle from my brother. Tanks for the hospitality mclaren Scottsdale. D love
