My Sonata had a breakdown earlier in the year and at one point had to be towed from a lonely stretch of road with no cell service--it was a harrowing experience.... The techs believed it was fixed when they worked on it, but it acted up soon after which required another trip to be repaired. Just recently, the engine went into cardiac arrest and I had it towed to Hillsboro Hyundai. This time I was given a nice loaner car and my car was given a brand new engine. The ultimate outcome is a great one for my car and for the resale value when I buy a new vehicle. Hillsboro Hyundai, its technicians and the people I've met there have seemed to have my interests totally at heart.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They make promises and dont keep them. Found them through my bankruptcy, had to surrender my old vehicle... to them so the new bank would process the loan, didn't notify my original bank that they were holding the car temporarily so I recieved nasty phone calls for almost two months asking about the car. Didn't pay the DMV in time for the new plates and tabs so I paid it ($30 which isn't a big deal) was promised that I would be refunded, never got reimbursed. Everytime I've called and tried to talk to someone with questions or concerns I've been treated like I was putting them out of their way. Have never been treated with such disrespect as I have with this establishment. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. I would look other places before even debating going to this establishment
