The entire service staff at Dick’s Hyundai are top notch. Robin the service manager is probably the most knowledgeable automobile person I have ever met. He went as far as contacting the factory to get the best possible advice on how to solve my automated light system problem. You can go anywhere to get your Hyundai serviced, but if you demand the best, then Dick’s is the only place for you 😊👍🏻

A bit of a bait and switch going on with this dealership. My daughter found a car that she really liked, and that was within her budget. She was quoted a price but the salesman, who specifically told her that it would be the list price plus dmv fees, but no other fees. Today, when we called to make the purchase, after asking several times for a breakdown of total costs out the door, they added $995 to the sales price for “ Sealant and a diamond Ceramic Package” which was never discussed. When we said that we didn’t want this they said it was mandatory. If you buy a car from this dealership, make sure you get all of the fees in writing. We obviously aren’t buying a car from them.

Worked with Roberto and was very happy that we did. Treated us as family and was very attentive to our needs. They went looking for the vehicle we wanted when it was not on the lot. Got it within one day. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the sales person I spoke with. I bought a card another dealership and they didn't show me how to use the technology. I ended up coming to the Hillsboro dealership and they showed me how to do everything I really appreciate it. I will only use them for service from now on.

I went to this dealership the first time I got to Oregon. These people scammed me. They told me one price before doing my oil change but after hearing I am an engineer they spiked my price by adding labor costs. I told them what happened to the coupon I brought. They said that didn't work. I have never been more demeaned in my life. Never went back. Rather go to the Beaverton hyudai they are super nice.

I don't know why they have internet buying option. I was very clear what I was trading and limited time,, they didn't listen to anything I told them then just wanted me to drive out without answering a single question. I am very annoyed. Looking for someone who does what they say. Is there such a car dealer left?

Had an unpleasant experience the 1st time I went, but to miscommunication there was a fallout. However the manager made sure to make amends and personally called me to be sure. Which is very rare these days given everybody's busy schedule. This felt very refreshing and cared for. The miscommunication was put aside, a perfect deal was struck keeping in mind of all my needs for a new car. The manager Chung, finance team as well as "Eros" the sales guy made sure to completely take care of the needs. Overall was a bliss experience in the end with an amazing deal, really appreciate the entire team's effort. Will definitely recommend this place and Eros to everyone who is looking for a new Hyundai.
