I loved dealing with this dealership, even before i came in i dealt with a woman named tarah, she went above and beyond to try and find me exactly what... i wanted, and made sure to make everything extremely easy for me, and always kept in great contact. I wish i would have found the vehicle i got, there, because her and tony were so helpful. i highly recommend these guys. they make selling cars a personal and awesome experience

Prices are far too high & comparable or greatly reduced prices can be found if you are willing to put in time and effort.i have found similar models, mileage... etc fit a Much as $7k less... very disappointed ‼️
First time ever dealing with Mr. Gregory Prince. ...............He did a Prince of a job. I would definitely buy another car from him. Very genuine... person. I enjoyed the entire process.
Seems like a great deal of turnover in the Service front end. Just when you get someone who is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, and productive... (gets things done efficiently), they are gone and replaced. Having serviced my Buick exclusively at this dealership for over three years, my loyalty to that location has much less benefit in the past 18 months, given the turnover in service agents and managers. Those who are good, are not there long; those who remain do not convey a sense of caring for the customer. While the service provided is generally of good quality, the person-to-person experience can improve, as can the thoroughness of the debrief. For example, it helps when the agent takes a couple minutes to review with the customer what will be done at that service encounter and WAS done; partly to ensure that the technicians actually DID the activities that were scheduled for that maintenance event, and also to assure and inform the customer. I do appreciate the comfortable waiting area, though it's not enough to offset the lesser personal experience. Service can be a vital part of a dealership's customer base, and a poor experience in the service dept can motivate owners to go many other places for to service their vehicles. As for recommending to a friend, I will say no based on the customer service aspect; the technical delivery of service is fine, but customers can find that in other providers. The former is what differentiates. The latter is assumed.
Our new Buick Cascada had a yellow stain on the lower exterior panel behind the front tire. When the service dept had difficulty correcting the problem... the first time I brought my car in, my sales rep (Nick) got involved & he and the service dept worked together, contacted the manufacturer, & found a solution. The stain issue was corrected. I appreciated the extra effort to correct the problem & make my husband & I happy. Thank You!!
We enjoyed Alex's attentiveness to our needs. He was persistent with our interest in purchasing a vehicle, but not annoying or obnoxious about it. He followed... our cues that we were interested, but also wanted time to think the purchase opportunity through. Finally, he was prompt in correcting an issue that occurred when I drove the vehicle off the lot. I very much appreciate that and Alex's attention to customer service.
Greg the salesman was awesome. As well as Erica in finance. They made us feel welcome and very comfortable. We had been "just looking" and were actually... ready to buy from a different dealership but we loved the service and atmosphere we received from here. We didn't feel pressured to buy and they made it very easy. I definitely would recommend them to others. We love our new truck too!
