I was a first time buyer and I have to say that I appreciated the fact that Brian approved me for my first car. However, after I purchased a nice 2013... Dodge Dart from them on the same day I took it home the CHANGE OIL light comes on. Texted him the next day got no word. Had to call him for him to tell that his "mechanic" checked it and to just reset the light. Well I took it to get serviced and GUESS WHAT it indeed needed an oil change and the cap was loose making my car lose power and waste more gas. 70+ $ down and I'm not too upset. Now on the 4th month of purchase I've got no plates because the car was sold to me in CALIFORNIA from "ARIZONA" so now I've had to go through the process of paying and waiting to convert the plates and receive the registration. A process that I don't mind going through but I need another permit to drive it here kn San Diego and let me say to get a hold of them is harder than getting helped by the DMV. Ultimately, if you forsure want to buy a car they'll definitely help you but beware, the car might not be in "A+" condition and once you take the car home, it's your problem and as far as they're concerned you don't exist anymore.
Purchased a toyota sienna van. On day 2 check engine light comes on. Catalytic converter bad. After doing the least amount of repair, a bunch of lip... service, same check engine codes return. Now Brian, an owner, will not respond to me. I wouldn't recommend this dealer.

The car buying experience was quick and painless. When I walked out the door I had a high opinion of these guys. As part of our price negotiation, they... agreed to purchase mats for the Honda odyssey I bought since it didn't come with any. A few days after I bought the van, the check engine light came on. I brought it back to them and their mechanic did some tests but couldn't exactly diagnose the problem. He reset the check engine light and told me to drive until it came on again and then set up a time to come back. Well it came back on and I called over and over and over. I tried every number they have. I left several messages and was ignored. After one missed call. Brian immediately text me and said "sorry I missed your call. This is Brian, how can I help?" So I immediately, replied that the light was back on etc, and....no response! So if I wanted to buy a car I'm sure he would have responded. But if you have a problem with a car they sell you, expect to be ignored. I finally reached James, the guy who actually sold me the car. He offered a decent price to fix the problem. Then I asked about the car mats he had promised. It was now 6 weeks after I bought the car. He said he hadn't got around to it yet. Very disappointing! So that day he text me a link to some mats on ebay that were for a cargo van or truck and asked if I would be okay with those. I replied that they wouldn't even fit the van. Then he said "there's not enough profit in the deal to buy Honda mats. Sorry for the misunderstanding" Well, there wasn't a misunderstanding. He promised me mats and then didn't deliver. Then 6 weeks and many phone calls later, tried to go for cheap mats that wouldn't even fit in the car. I understand he didn't specify what type of mats he would buy. So I guess i'd have to be okay with any mats....so long as they fit the car! I told him this and he has ignored me since. So it's now been 8 weeks since I bought the car and no mats. I thought about getting my timing belt replaced there since they offered a decent price but I can't trust them. They might just buy a cheap timing belt on ebay that isn't meant for my vehicle! If you want a painless buying experience, go here. If you expect any sort of decent treatment after the purchase, or expect them to make good on promises or negotiations, go somewhere else.
Very friendly staff and group to work with. We felt like we were talking to friends about the experience, we trusted them and felt like it was a good choice... for us. They were so great!!

Brian was amazing. I worked with him for almost a month to get the truck I wanted. I had his cell# almost from the beginning and was able to call or text... him when I had any questions, ideas, thoughts, etc. I talked to about 5 different places but in the end Brian went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my deal done.
