My wife and I purchased a 2011 Lexus GX470 from Butch after her older model was totaled. He was very helpful and easy to work with. My wife loves the car. After a few days we noticed I minor issue with the plastic seam of the bumper separating while driving. I would have to pop it back into place. Not a big deal but not what you want to have on your 30k new to you Lexus. The manager Matt and Butch took care of it. They had to send it off to replace the part/clip or something. They put us in a loaner car too. When the car came back to them Butch noticed it was not repaired properly (I think the repair place took the cheap route instead of doing it right). Butch would have none of that and sent it back to be repaired correctly. THANKS BUTCH!!!! I am very impressed. Will recommend Excellence Auto Direct to my friends and buy from them again.
