I wasn’t going to post a review, but I think it’s only right I let people know. I called 3 days prior to driving 2 hours to test drive a car. I specifically asked about any cosmetic damage and was told the car was in good condition. I arrive to an absolutely filthy car that hasn’t been washed in months. I believe not washed on purpose to try and conceal the plethora of cosmetic flaws on the well over KBB priced vehicle. So I’m asking about them maybe repairing the issues before I buy it. I’m still in on the car, I’m just wanting to discuss how the repairs would be made. Our salesperson David storms off inside. At this point I’m still thinking about buying it. He comes out with the manager, and tells me I never asked about condition, gets mouthy/rude, then storms off again like a child. I truly was about to just let them fix it and grab the car, but after seeing how he acted in front of his manager, I decided I didn’t want a car from this place. I asked the manager what his problem was, the manager told me his attitude is because he came in on his day off. I didn’t make him do that. I didn’t even ask him to. I called about the car and he said Wednesday was fine. Instead of telling David to go away and act professional, the manager basically justifies his behavior towards a customer simply asking about damage to a vehicle they were prepared to buy. That guy is a child when he doesn’t get his way. My teenager doesn’t even act like that anymore. The sale was all but guaranteed, and was fumbled by a xxxx poor attitude for no reason (I WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT THE REPAIRS, I STILL PLANNED ON BUYING IT), and burned for good by the managers’ handling of the situation. All that had to happen was a discussion about what the auto body guy was going to do. I live several hours away and wanted to know if he would be able to fix all the issues properly. That’s all. Even AFTER David’s little hissy fit, the manager could have came out and explained that to me and saved the sale. My warning: people who act nice and immediately flip when the tiniest thing happens (a question about paint damage) aren’t the type of people you want to do business with. Very indicative of shady character.

My car was totaled in an accident
My car was totaled in an accident, and I was devastated. I almost felt sorry for the salesman who might have to deal with me because I was not a very happy person, nor was I excited about having to get another car. I looked at all dealership inventories online and headed out with my list and facts. For starters I selected 1 car at Benson Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles in Greer, SC that got my intention. There, I met Mike Kulla. Turned out the car was in service for inspection and cleaning. Not a problem, Mike got it out and we went for a ride. We chatted a little but he let me just check out the car. This man was just what I needed…low-key, professional, very personable, and zero pressure!!!! The dealership cleaned that car immaculately, and the next day, I purchase it on the spot. I did not go look anywhere else (so not like me). What a pleasurable experience. I would recommend the dealership and especially Mike to ANYONE who is car shopping. I really like my car!
