    We went to Several places before we purchased our car from Metro Kia. Our sales person Dexter was very kind and proffesional and listened to our needs he was not like any of the other sales people from the other two dealership whom could care less if we bought a car or it seemed that way. Dexter took his time showing us a Kia Soul Forte and Optima he did not get rattled when we asked him questions instead he made sure he addressed our concerns. We drove from Rossville Ga to Cartersville to deal with this kind salesman and we Love our 2014 Kia Forte

    This has to be the WORST place to buy a vehicle EVER. I originally purchased my vehicle from Cobb County Kia which I had no problem what so ever and they were awesome! I highly recommend instead of these crooked dealership of Metro Kia. The only reason I was there was because my tire blew out and some how I let the salesman sucker me into trying to do a trade in, I told him I did not want my credit ran as I was rebuilding my credit at the time and the salesman told me it would only knock me down 1 point, well I have credit karma and I receive notifications when my credit is being ran and how many points I am being affected by, well with in 30 minutes these idiots ran my credit 5 to 6 times WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and ended up knocking my score down 20 POINTS!!!! I was Highly upset and informed the salesman and told him forget I need to go I had to get back to work and he told me to wait you have been approved and brought me keys and said wait for more minutes and I could go with my new car which turned into 5 HOURS!!!! Long story short I took this vehicle home and 3 days later I get a call saying the deal did not go through, why the xxxx would you give me this car knowing the deal did not go through!!!! By this time I had switched my insurance over and everything! Which caused me a great deal which I will not get into it so I had to return the vehicle after almost losing my job because they were being shady and not being honest about the deal, but come to find out I received a letter from the bank stating I was approved, what kind of shady mess were these guys doing!!??? The worst part is I type my name into google and see ALLL THESE FALSE REVIEWS IN MY NAME GIVING THE SALESMAN AND METRO KIA GREAT RATINGS WHICH ARE ALL LIES!!!!! THEY USED MY NAME AND MADE UP WORDS I DID NOT SAY AND CREATED A REVIEW IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!! HOW SCREWED UP IS THAT!!!!! I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend Metro Kia Run away!!!!!

    I have purchased a number of cars in my life, and can honestly say that my experience at Metro Kia Atlanta was by far the best ever. Tyreeq Thomas was very friendly, professional, and just plain nice! He was patient with me and worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted. I felt respected and appreciated by him. And Dexter Holmes in the finance department was also a joy to work with. Tyreeq and Dexter and I joked and had fun the entire time. How many people can say they actually had FUN buying a car at a dealership? Well, Metro Kia, Tyreeq, and Dexter made it fun. I highly, highly recommend this dealership and these people. Thank you Metro Kia for the best car dealership experience ever!!

    I purchased a car from here but a week later they told me the deal did not go through I had to bring the car back or give them more money but when i left they said the deal was done they will lie to you and tried to get you for more money. KIA is cheaper in Kennesaw.

There are many items that affect a bank approval and banks give an "electronic approval" which is tentative until a "real person" puts their eyes on the loan.     Our son was a first time car buyer. We stopped into this dealership to see if he would be able to get a loan for a used car. After being very specific about the amount he could put down, payments and what his monthly salary was.... Plus being ADAMANT he would not have a cosigner on the loan. The salesman said it may be hard to get a loan but let him work his "Magic". My son told him he was fine if he couldn't get the loan he had just started the shopping process. The salesman came back after some time holding keys and said let's go look at a car. After looking over the car my son decided to purchase the car. Papers were signed and my son left with the car thinking the deal was done. My son had an emmisions test done and purchased car insurance the next day. After having the car for six days the salesman called my son and told him the bank was going to call him about his income. He instructed my son to lie to the bank and tell them he made four times more then he did each month. My son said he would not lie and the salesman said then your parents need to cosign the loan. Again my son said that was not going to happen. He was then told he would have to return the car. We returned the car the next day and questioned why my son was ever sold a car if they knew the loan was not going to go through. The typical response we got was we don't approve the loans the bank does. That is true but after talking to another dealership we were told salespeople usually know if a loan is going to go through or not. My son's down payment was returned but he is out the cost of insurance and an emmisions test. Which this totals $90 for a car he did not get to keep. This is a lot of money for a recent college graduate!

    I went into this dealership twice and left twice. The first time I went in was because of an add on Overstock.com. They were showing a fantastic price on the car that I wanted. I went in and they told me that it was a typo. They said that car was no longer in stock and also that it was not the model they were showing on the website. A few days later, after shopping around, I emailed to see if they would match the price I had found at another dealership and told them what the price was. They called me and told me to come in and that they would match the price that I gave them. Once we were there and had driven the car, they then decided to tell me that they couldn't honor the price match without a written statement with the VIN number from the competing dealership. I can understand if that is their policy, but it would have been the right thing for them to tell me that up front, rather than after I found a babysitter for my kids and wasting 2 hours of my time.

    Dear Sir or Maam, I'm a little confused as I don't even advertise on "overstocked.com", I'm wondering if you confused another dealership's advertisement for mine? We don't do a "bait and switch" and cars listed on our website at the stated prices are for sale at those prices. Can a mistake happen, certainly it can but the prices we list and stock numbers are valid. Regarding the price matching: Yes, ANYTIME we engage in looking to match a price yes we do require a bonifide signed buyers order. I know people believe car dealerships may not tell the truth, but unfortunately I hate to say it but we must have the signed proof as many times customers tend to stretch the truth on the numbers other dealers quote them. However, I do strongly agree Chris should have told you this in advance and I do feel bad that he did not. Especially after reading you had to get a baby sitter etc. I do apologize for that and will try to make it up to you if possible. Chris is new and my managers should have made sure he communicated that to you. That one I have to own as it was my team that let you down on that point.
