    Desiree Williams and Ken Clark we're great to work with. I dreaded coming in to a dealership Bc of bad experiences in the past. They were kind and had great customer service. Desiree is not your typical 'used car salesperson'. She was very caring and personable. She made car buying a great experience. I would definitely come back. Only thing I can see as a negative is Desiree needs a bigger office with better chairs. She will become a great salesperson and deserves it for the comfort of her customers. Ken Clark was also awesome to work with. Explained everything really well and worked very hard with the banks to get me approved.

    I had an 11 o'clock with a salesman to purchase a used car. When I got to the dealer I was greeted by a salesman I told her who I was looking for an she escorted me to his desk. She told me that my salesman was with another customer and asked me if I wanted another salesman I told her no because I wanted to deal with the person I was already talking to. After a 15 or 20 minute wait my salesman never showed up so I left. I text my salesman told him that I did show up and I was leaving. He text me back and told me that I shouldn't have left just because he was late and that I should come back and look at the car because somebody else was coming to look at it. I told the salesman no because of the lack of communication. But will put the icing on the cake for me was when he text me back and told me that the car was sold this morning. This experience was a complete waste of my time and gas. I wouldn't buy a piece of candy from these people let alone a car.

    My experience with my advisor was not a good one. Doug does not have a sense of customer service and he acted like he did not want to assist me. I had some questions IRT my warranty. I brought the car 6 1/2 month ago and I purchased the extended warranty plan. This is my first time getting my car service at the dealership that I purchased my car from. I am not happy with the services that I received, coming from California to Texas and having experience good customer service at car dealerships in my past, I would rank the finance department(who i called and had questions about the warranty I purchased), and my advisor a UNSAT. In the future, I will take my business somewhere else. When I am spending money, especially at a dealership that sells luxury cars, my expectations for the services, should be an outstanding rewardable experience.

    I have to say I received the worst service when I wanted to purchase a new Cadillac SRX. I finally left disappointed after the salesman would never call back as promised. I went to Sewell of Grapevine and was treated so amazing. I text the salesman back and told him I took my business else where and he called me "weak". That has to be the first time in all my car buying or buying anything for that matter. I got my car and he didn't get a sale so I think we know who the weak one is.

    We took our '13 XTS in for scheduled maintenance,oil change and tire rotation, and to correct an issue with the navigation system. Cadillac of Arlington bent over backwards to accommodate us with a satisfactory loaner vehicle to meet our needs while they had our vehicle. Within 2 hours we got an email and a call that our vehicle service was completed. The car was returned clean - it hadn't been washed since monsoon like rains several days prior - and ready to go. An almost painless experience.

    I brought in my 2014 Cadillac ELR to have some loose trim replaced. Erick is my service advisor and he is always extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Everyone at Cadillac of Arlington is personable and accommodating - from the shuttle driver to the ladies at the loaner counter to the mechanics and the front line - the service advisors.

    Let's be honest. No one really looks forward to taking time to have their automobile serviced. Making the appointment, going to the dealership, waiting. With that said, I must add that my visits to Arlington Cadillac undoubtedly always make the chore absolutely as enjoyable as possible. My last appointment was at 8am on a rainy Saturday morning. I was promptly met with a huge smile, handshake, and warm "Good Morning!" from Eric Rancher. He quickly gathered the information needed and offered to arrange alternative transportation while my car was serviced. I thanked him and told him I had brought a book and would prefer to wait. He escorted me into the building, pointed out the restroom, showed me to the waiting room, and offered me coffee. The whole time he was super polite and came across as more of friend than employee. He never rushed me, or seemed preoccupied. He gave me his total attention throughout our visit. It may sound trite, but Eric truly made me feel like a "valued customer". I have had similar experiences every time I go to Arlington Cadillac. The overall quality of customer service - as shown by Eric Rancher - definitely will keep me as an Arlington Cadillac customer.
