I have bought many cars in my life, but never had as good

I have bought many cars in my life, but never had as good an experience as I did with Rogers Toyota. From Dexter in sales, to Justin in finance, to Darwin in service, as well as Emma on logistics, John with delivery, I really enjoyed working with this team. Everyone is genuine, professional, and friendly. I live in Boise and was a little apprehensive buying a vehicle from long distance, but from my first contact to final delivery, the process was fair, seamless, and entirely simple. I felt valued as a customer and person. I can't speak highly enough of these people.

Service Center is excellent, friendly and do a great job.

Service Center is excellent, friendly and do a great job. The sales staff on the other hand are terrible. Went to trade up a vehicle 4 months after we purchased and they offered us 14,000 for the car we bought from them only 4 months earlier for 22,000. Car was still in identical shape as when purchased and we were buying a 55,000 Highlander. Walked out on the "deal" and will never buy from them again.

This was the most fun, professional, and just all around...

This was the most fun, professional, and just all around great buying experience. Having run a Ford Dealership for 20 years I know how the buying process should go and they nailed it. We purchased 2 new vehicles and I will send all my customers looking for a Toyota to the store in Hermiston. You guys did great all around!!

Costomer Service.

Great costomer service. They treat you very kindly, and they show you what's wrong with your vehicle and give you options on how to fix it. Great appliances, very nice waiting room with a free water bottle.
