Quick and pleasant service

Service was standard oil change, etc., plus a part replacement. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Service manager was courteous and professional and price was very reasonable.

Pressure-Free Honest sales experience

Very easy and stress free experience buying a new Kia crossover, our first kia and first new car. No pressure. Allowed multiple test drives. Salesperson helped secure a very fair deal including a favorable price for the trade in. Discussed all available options on leasing/purchase upfront . Clear documentation, no forced up-selling, no shady hidden fees. Wish all dealers were like this.

Parts needed

Kia has had my car for a week - ordered a part that took three days plus weekend so 5 days - to discover it needed another part which will take 3 more days - really do not understand why a Kia dealer doesn't keep Kia parts - I mean it's sparks plug/ wires / simple parts that you would think they would have there ???? Really confused !!!!!

Your sales man johnny

I don't know if johnny is his real name but the Bentonville salesman made the car buying experience friendly and easy. It took some time to see what I was qualified for but "johnny" made sure my family and I was taken care of. He gave great feedback on the vehicles plus made sure I understood. Thanks again I love my new Kia with low mileage.
