Called this "dealer" this morning. First call someone answered (sounded like a cell phone) and hung up immediately...didn't call me back.... I waited a few minutes and called again. Whomever I spoke with was unprofessional. I asked if they did any type of inspection on their vehicles when they receive them. The gentlemen laughed and said, "it's a new car". Well...it wasn't a new car, it's a car people tend to take to a track, which is why I asked. Then, I asked to schedule a test drive and he laughed and said he wouldn't let me drive the car but offered to drive me around the block in it. I recommend CARS.COM take this ad down. At the end of the listing it says, "call to schedule your test drive today." Don't claim to put customers first if you truly do not.
Seemed like a good dealer to purchase a car, the website said takes trade ins and will finance. Got an emal back from adam that said wouldnt take my car... and i had to have good credit. I mean jeeze way to be helpful during the holidays. No one is perfect cant just all have amazing credit if i did i wouldnt be buying a used car. Ive worked at car lots so i knkw how things work and i do know for a fact that smaller dealerships can make things happen reguardless of credit. But seems this place is bot giving enough info on what they will and wont accept. For someone trying to build their credit back up this place is not a place i would buy a bag of chips from cuz my 50 cents aint good enough. Thanks for your time.
Each Time I Requested PICs(Exterior & Interior), W/Lowest Price & Actual Mileage, I Continously Received The Standard Reply of I'm - - W/Dealership Name... & How Great They Are & Never Replied W/Answers to Price, Mileage,Nor Did I Receive The PICs
The vehicles located on the lot seemed nice but the overall experience was not very impressive at all. The owner of the shop was very rude and unprofessional.... He did not seem too familiar with the car and could not provide very much information. He acted as if he was king of the world and it just made you not even want to look at the vehicle. He needs improvement in the professional aspect of talking to customers.
Adam was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making our purchase. They have the most eclectic inventory I've ever seen. Couldn't have been a smoother... transaction. We were in and out in under an hour. Thank you for all your help. We love the car.
Great experience! Adam responded immediately. We didn't buy the original vehicle we looked at but he had one even better! We got great deal and he was... excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and purchase future vehicles from him.
Adam and Corvack made me feel right at home throughout my purchase. I have been back multiple times and am on my 3rd vehicle purchases from Nashville Speed... Shop. If you are looking for top notch service and Vehicles that are 2nd to none then this is the place for you.
The only speed shop that is honest and professional that I have come across in my 25 years of modifying cars
Purchased a car from this dealer after looking for several weeks for one on the net. Talked to Adam and he convinced me by phone that the car he had versus... one I was looking at in Texas was Like New. My Wife and I drive 500 miles from Branson Mo. & arrive at Adam's shop on Friday evening. It's not well lit in the Garage where the car was, and you couldn't see much, but did notice the tires on the car appeared worn more than a car that has low miles should have at just under 16,000. There was also a heavy mildew smell and mildew spots in the trunk from not being properly dried by the detailer. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning that would take less than an hour with the dealership that sells these cars. When we informed Adam about that the next morning he accuses us of wasting his time, and he has no time to wait around for that. We decide to leave and do take off, and then received many phone calls and texts from him. So we agree to go back and take it for a test drive. It drove fine and we went back to get the paperwork done because he was in a hurry to be out by noon. Noticing bad weather was moving in we took it to the dealership for an oil change and a quick look over. It wasn't in for the service long when the tech came out and advised us not to drive it considering the rear tires condition. They did not have the tires we needed, and we called Adam to help out. Only thing he would do was send us to a friend he had at a local tire shop. Saved us a few dollars, but still costs us a lot for the performance stock tires. Took the car back with us through 300 miles of rain. Once we got back, we knew we were going to have to shell out more for front tires, another large amount of cash to add on, although just a little less than the rears as they are staggered sizes. Although Adam had tried to clean out the trunk before we left, we did find the odor again once we got home. We took the car and washed it on a sunny day here in Branson ( not sunny in Nashville ) and several filled in paint spots came right off exposing the primer. Another unhappy finding for sure, but were still more concerned about the tires. Contacted Adam, and he said sorry brother, lost $ on the car, can't help and enjoy it. We are going to pay for everything, but must note this for other potential buyers.
Hands down the best car buying experience we've had. We'll definitely be back.
