We went on a Thursday Night to look at 3 cars. I made the appointment to test drive 3 cars. They don't tell you that someone with out appointment can... come buy it . I would have went first thing in the am. We get to Hertz and told they sold one of the three that we wanted to look at. Off to bad start. Next , they don't fix any dents what so ever. We look inside the two remaining cars filthy. Have not been cleaned at all. Make up bag in seat, food , etc. We talked with them and asked for the alignment to be fixed. They said ok, we will fix it before you get it. I explained that we allergies could they clean the inside and we were told inside and outside would be detailed . They also said yes , the second key would be made and everything ready for pick up on Monday night. We go in on Monday night , we show up on time , we brought our end of the deal the money. I have two employees say yes everything was taken care of . The inside filthy. The rugs sort of cleaned. The goo, the smell all of the sticky spots and such all in the same place we left it. The car alignment was not fixed. The key not here. I felt like a crazy person. YOU said you would do all of these things and we would give you a lot of money. Instead they did nothing . Looked us in the eye and said it was taken care of but they were rushed because of Monday deadline. YOU said Monday we didn't ask for MONDAY. You could of called on the phone and said you need more time. My husband had to take off of work for Monday. We drove 50 min. one way. Our kids had to sit in filth because we took our car off road and had to put our plates on the van we got from them. I now have to rearrange my Friday drive a filthy car , pulling to the right bring it back 50 min one way . Don't get a car from them unless its in writing . They give car selling a bad name. This was a huge expense for us and they didn't care how awful this has been for us. You are usually proud of your new car , excited about it , not us . The dread of getting into it , how no one followed through .
Karl was exceptional to work with. He made the car buying process painless. We experienced some minor issues getting the car ready but he handled it well.... Would recommend.

I bought my 2018 Nissan Altima Jan 28 2020. Since then I had to bring it into the shop to have the front sensors replaced, front and rear brake pads replaced... and battery replaced. I have put a lot of money into this car and it hasn’t even had its first oil change. Ron was extremely rude to me. Because of covid 19 I was not driving my car so how would I have known these things needed to be replaced. Don’t shop here guys! Save your money!
Inquired about a vehicle advertised for over 30 days. Informed dealer I was travelling 4 hours so wanted to be sure vehicle would not be sold during... my trip. Was given the "go" Wednesday evening. Thursday, and nearly 2 hours into the trip received a call saying CALL US, there was a recall on the car. 20 minutes later second call said continue on. Upon arrival dealer was having recall resolved. I checked car and agreed to buy it. Was told the end cost and went to bank for check in exact amount. Returned to dealer and was told car would not pass inspection. Almost 4 hours later was told car still did not pass due to "codes" showing up. WE had to leave. We travelled 256 miles one way to be sent away due to poor planning. My cost for the wasted trip was over $170 because I had to bring a driver which agreed to $100 plus lunch to drive the car back home. Add my gas and tolls exceeded $170. RECALLS should have been checked when you take possession. Inspection should have been done PRIOR to my trip. As for the car itself there were many issues NOT revealed during my initial inquiry, such as the dent in the fender which was acknowledged after I noticed it in the picture. Other issues were a broken tail lens, malfunctioning windows (2), fender pushed into passenger door. Is it possible to not know this? Yes. Should it have been known? Absolutely YES. Customers talk about their experiences with anything. This was not one that any business would want linked to it.

Everyone at Hertz was extremely friendly and low pressure. Bob McClean was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and answered all... of my questions. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and remind me that there was no pressure to buy. There was no negotiation process; the car was already below the Kelly Blue Book average price. It was also a couple hundred cheaper than what they had listed online. I believe this is intentional because they have such a high volume of used rental cars they are trying to offload. I've had the car for a few months and haven't had any problems whatsoever. The other dealers I had gone to previously had offered similar cars for several thousand dollars more and their salespeople were always trying to talk me into paying more than I wanted. Hertz was the complete opposite. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
It was an amazing experience at the dealership. Everything went very smoothly from start to the completion of the deal. I would definitely recommend this... place to everyone.
