    IF I COULD HAVE WRITTEN A REVIEW WITH 0 STARS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT! WE TOOK ONE OF OUR SERVICE VANS IN TO HAVE HEADLIGHT BULBS REPLACED WHILE WE... WERE PASSING THROUGH TRAVELING TO HOUSTON. WE STATED THAT THERE WAS PREVIOUS DAMAGE TO THE HARNESS INSIDE THE HEADLIGHT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET US IN AND OUT IN A PRETTY TIMELY MANNER. AFTER REACHING OUR JOBSITE IN HOUSTON WE NOTICED THAT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE (*NOT THE PASSENGER SIDE*) HEADLIGHT, THE METAL FLASHING ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR VAN HAD BEEN PULLED LOOSE AND WAS NOW FLAPPING WHILE WE WERE DRIVING AND ALSO NOTICED UNDERNEATH THAT THE BRACKET ON THE COMPLETE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY HAD BEEN BROKEN. WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER CORY IN HOPES THAT HE WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT, HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT WE HAD BROKEN IT OR THAT OUR REGULAR DEALERSHIP IN ENNIS MUST HAVE BROKEN IT WHEN THEY REPLACED THE BULB ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IN AUGUST. HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SINCE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE TECH WHO WORK ON OUR VAN HAD JUST DONE DAMAGE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMERS VEHICLE AND HE CAME FORWARD ABOUT IT SO HE COULDN'T SEE WHY HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN HONEST ABOUT OURS AS WELL. WELL CORY HERE IS A THOUGHT.....MAYBE HE DIDN'T WANT TO COME AND TELL YOU ABOUT THE SECOND OCCURRENCE IN ONE WEEK THAT HE HAD DAMAGED A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE BECAUSE HE DAMN SURE DAMAGED OURS. I WAS CHARGED $164.00 TO REPLACE 2 HEADLIGHT BULBS AND NOW I WILL BE PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $900.00 TO HAVE THE DAMAGE REPAIRED ON OUR VEHICLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
