Service is slipping

2016 or so I have purchased at least five vehicles from this dealer. Two G90,s, equus Since etc. Until 2019 the sales and service staf ess great and On top of things, recently has been slipping in efficiency. In April of this year my G90 was picked up for its first service, during the day I had to contact them and leave messages to find out what was going on. They actually had to keep the car one more day. Today May 5th the vehicle had to go back to replacea defective part. The vehicle was picked up at 08:00 as promised. 4PM no calls, no texts yet. I called and like two weeks ago No one picked up. Called the sales department they would personally give the message to the genesis service manager. Finally 5:46 PM I spoke to someone, she tried to locate a genesis service manager. No luck I have no idea what is going on with my car. This is not the service I had from them previously. Maybe tomorrow I will know what is going on


Not Trusthworthy

Absolutely do NOT get any of their extended warranties or added coverages. They are an absolute scam. We made the mistake of buying them and, although you have a right to have them refunded, you will not see that money returned to you anytime soon. We have been waiting since January for this to be refunded, and it is now April. Still there is no refund. I absolutely would not trust this dealership and whatever you do, do NOT purchase any extended coverage or extra services of any kind.


Retired banker, not impressed

Bought a new Palisade but was told to install the front license bracket myself, including drilling holes in the bumper. THey also did not install the wheel locks, although they came from the factory. I had to spin the wrench myself. Also, they didn't give me the $40 gift card that was offered for the test drive. Good SUV. Less than good delivery.


Love my Kona

Very easy buying experience combined with a really nice car. Friendly place to shop made for a quick sale. Sales person was super friendly And explained all details of the transaction.


Great Service, Great People

I usually do not like car dealers but there are good ones out there and Tamiami really gets my vote. I would love to work with them again, even if his price is not the best - because I prefer pay when I know the person on the other end of the transaction cares. I know that they make money as all dealers do, but the courtesy and ease I felt was not like any other. Thanks VInnie


finish on new car needed fixing

i have been buying vehicles for 50 plus years, my experience was one of the most positive of buying a new vehicle. The dealership was honest and straight to deal with.


The mechanic spilled coffee in my car...seriously!

I was in for service on 2/4/17 at 9:30 am for a warranty repair issue. While I was sitting outside in the service drive waiting for my vehicle to be inspected, I saw the mechanic walking to my vehicle with a completely full cup of coffee, no lid, and so full I saw steam coming from it. I saw him get into my vehicle and drive away. I sat waiting only hoping that the coffee was not spilled into my vehicle. After the service was completed I was presented with the paperwork, asked to sign, and I was told my vehicle was waiting. I would like to point out that there was NO mention that a mistake was made, or that coffee was spilled in my car. I went to my car and as soon as I opened the door I could smell the strong odor of coffee and it was completely obvious that it was spilled in my vehicle. The driver?s side seat was wet with coffee, the center console, and the driver?s side door. The fact that I need to write this review is mind blowing! The fact that they let their mechanics into customer's vehicle with ANY beverage is beyond unprofessional! I would NEVER expect that from a dealership! I understand accidents happen, but for a mechanic to spill coffee in my car is something that should NEVER in a million years happen. It is completely 100% unacceptable, and unprofessional!



Appreciated the shuttle service, driver was very nice too.
