I recently purchased a pre-owned 2015 Ford F-150 at this dealership. I had been looking for several weeks from other dealerships. Unlike a few of the other... dealerships, there was no pressure tactics to get me into something I didn’t want. Actually they found the truck that fit my requirements. Every person in the dealership was extremely friendly and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Ensuring everything on the car worked as it should was a top priority and if it didn’t it was fixed with no questions asked. Very pleased with my buying experience.

Something has happen to that place they are not as friendly as they were about a year and a half ago.. it is if the sales people are not friendly ..... your place is in a country setting and they look down on us.. i am real happy that you have Brian Cates back he gives good service and is really friendly to us .. we will continue to come there because of him .. if i buy another new truck i would like to buy it from him.. Mr. Roberts what happen !!!!!!!!! ...

The only bad thing we experienced was paying like $8000 more than list price. They said it was due to the fiance company. I highly doubt it.

I was very pleased with the straight forward process of the deal. The salesman had all the information needed and the finance officer was knowledgeable... and prepared to serve us.
We had previously purchased 2 vehicles from this local dealership (new Jeep and new Milan.) Found a used Edge online, but when I went there, was told it... was a "wholesale price" listed by mistake, sales manager would not negotiate price down at all.We bought it anyway. The first oil change done; when I got home, I checked dipstick; no oil on it. I called Dealer(,not available,) store mgr. sent worker out with oil. Oil was 2 & 1/2 qts. low. No one called back to check on it since,no apology from anyone for my experiences.
