AVOID this place!! Ripped off for almost $15,000. Buy elsewhere, folks! Cost me 2 grand for inspection. You kidding me???

No one ever called or emailed me back. I wanted some pictures of the undercarriage.

Asked for under car photos 6 days ago ,spoke to Ryan.no photos yet,l am an out of town potential customer. Not impressed so far.

Great folks. These guys have a nice pretty car and I would probably buy it if I lived in their state.

The owner of this business is a unethical. I picked out a vehicle for my daughter at a set price with them. I got approved for the loan and even purchased the car insurance. I then get a call from them saying the price of the car had a typo and they wanted $1,000 more. That was a lie. The owner called me back and offered to take $700 more. Then called again and offered it at the original price he gave me. He just wanted to try to get more money for the vehicle. I would never give this business a dime.

how do we feel, what heart do you have to sell a car with all these problems we are not even afraid that I could have an accident when I was leaving your dealer because i live 1 hour to your dealer We sell a car all under the car it's not good if the wheel was ripped off I got under a truck, that wouldn't tell us anything?we're very cruel,i spent 1899$ for repair after 1 day i bought the car when i bought the car you told me you sell me a warranty for a car for 400$ if i need it call you before 8days i call in 5day because i don't have more money to repair the rest you refused because you know the car have a lot of problems thanks God i didn't dead when i leave your dealer with this car people please be careful with this small town auto sales over there is very bad after they’re sell me the car they’re not pick up my phone

Bought a 2002 Dodge 1500 SLT with 84,450 miles on it. Picked it up the following day and drove 2 hrs. home. Liked the truck after driving 1/2 an hour.....loved it by the end of the 1st hour. Great buying experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a vehicle from Small Town Auto. The process was handled with professional, courteous, yet “small town friendly” service. There was even a small hitch (on my end) that required extra handling on their part. They came through efficiently and made sure every detail was done correctly.
