I had credit problems, because of a lot of medical issues. Tyler worked with me, and was able to lease me an Outlander PHEV. He explained how the car would benefit me financially. As a former car salesman, I was more than impressed with his knowledge,understanding, and helpfulness. I have since moved to Pennsylvania, but I tell people here that it is worth the 1200 mile trip to purchase a vehicle from him.

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The process seemed to take a little longer than the experiences I have had in the past, but was still a good experience. The next day there was a problem with the finance company and the amount the finance company would allow . Vern Eide stepped up, paid for some of the aftermarket products that I had purchased. I went to Vern Eide in Mitchell because I have used other Vern Eide locations and have always had a good experience.

ike is a very great salesman he finds a way to relate to every customer on a personal level rather than just a business level its also nice that he contacts you and keeps up with you to make sure everything is going well with your new ride also makes sure there is no pressure in buying a new vehicle!!
