Julian took the time to tell me about the vehicle's history as a corporate fleet work truck and the most recent maintenance, he had all the information I needed ready for me to help streamline and simplify the entire buying process, making my first experience with Prime Autos a very positive one! I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Prime Autos. This is a small operation and you get to deal directly with the owner, Julian. I never felt any pressure and didn?t even have to do much negotiating because of his very fair pricing. Julian very carefully explained the history of the vehicle and even supplied service records, etc. The whole experience was actually lower stress than buying a new car. I?m very happy with the car and will definitely come back to Julian when I?m ready for another. Charlie was also great in taking care of all of the title, insurance and DMV stuff.
